次季派息5仙 成功多多净利跌29%

（吉隆坡18日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）截至10月31日次季，净利跌29.1%，仅达7064万9000令吉；惟仍宣布派息5仙。

同期营业额则涨15.1%，报14亿4302万3000令吉。

累计上半年，净利萎缩19.6%，写1亿4311万6000令吉；营业额则扬11.4%，报27亿8218万8000令吉。

该公司宣布，派发每股5仙的第二次中期股息，将迄今的每股股息推高至10仙。

根据文告，营业额增长归功于英国H.R.Owen、多多大马（Sports Toto Malaysia）和菲律宾博彩管理公司（PGMC）的贡献。

至于净利走跌，则是因为子公司多多大马的业绩欠佳。

多多大马营业额虽微扬3.9%，但税前盈利却挫25.4%，因公司自行吸纳消费税。

展望未来，随着经济环境日益挑战，高涨的生活成本将持续重挫消费者开销。

再加上公司吸纳消费税，董事部预计，万字票（NFO）业务在本财年的表现将充满挑战。

次季淨利雖跌29%‧成功多多測字業具韌力

（吉隆坡21日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板貿服組）次季淨利按年跌29%至7千零60萬令吉，儘管營運環境受消費稅（GST）、低迷經濟和非法字票等利空紛呈促使財測走低風險，分析員認為其測字業相對具韌力，7%週息率是投資一大吸引力。

該股價週一受激勵，一度揚5仙至3令吉05仙，閉市漲1仙至3令吉01仙。

營運環境嚴峻促使各行調低財測，肯納格研究調低2016與2017財政年財測6.7%和0.8%，主要是測字業成長這個財政年由4.3%放緩至1.1%，下個財政年則預測成長2至3%。
7%週息率具吸引力

“90%派息率會隨盈利減而降低派息額，然而7至8%週息率仍然相當吸引人。”

儘管2016財政年上半年賠率由60%揚至62%，因有更廣泛的樂透和萬字玩法，預期未來幾季跌幅不大，這個財政年賠率預計61%，下財政年回穩至60%。

聯昌研究說，消費稅的實施，迫使合法測字業需承擔消費稅以保競爭力，營業額與盈利承壓；儘管萬能（MAGNUM，3859，主板貿服組）與成功多多派息近幾季見低，聯昌認為7%週息率仍具吸引力。

財測下調

達證券說，成功多多需吸納6%消費稅以保競爭，賠率增高（由57至58%增加60至61%之間），加上實際稅率由30%走高至32%，調低2016至2018財政年財測8%至17.5%。

豐隆研究也基於高賠率，調低2016和2017財政年財測19.2%和18.1%。

安聯星展研究說，競爭劇烈和GST後消費情緒疲弱，2015財政預算案賭博稅未增稅，然而測字業的彩池稅則潛在提高（上次增稅是2010年，賭博稅則於1998年調高），因而皆呈脆弱性。

大眾研究維持財測，儘管派息減少，然而7%週息率仍高。

艾芬黃氏研究預期，消費稅衝擊和地下字票的競爭，盈利料低迷，惟預期2016年4月截止財政年仍可獲6.7%週息率。

馬銀行研究說，成功多多的一個亮點，是第二季營業額在嚴峻環境仍然走高，其測字營收按年走高4%、按季揚5%，次季淨利仍然符合預期，跌29%主要受高達37%稅率所累。相比萬能最新的第三季測字營收按年跌4%。

“管理層對前景仍保謹慎，預期這個財政年測字營收萎縮2%，2017和2018財政年才回復2%成長。”

（吉隆坡20日讯）成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）与成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）今日获越南规划和投资部，颁发为期18年的越南独家电脑化彩票系统营运执照。

根据文告，这项执照已颁发给成功机构，以及公司的合作伙伴Vietlott。

在这当中，Vietlott是越南政府的独资子公司。

成功机构主席兼总执行长拿督斯里陈永钦在文告中指出，这项执照有助公司强化现有业务，并加深与越南的经济合作关系。

“作为有关项目的交付伙伴，我们感到非常荣幸，公司将会电脑化彩票系统，提供最先进的技术，并强化博彩科技与其他服务。”

年中推积宝游戏

双方合作的电脑化彩票系统，将交由成功机构和成功多多的间接子公司，即成功Gia Thinh投资科技公司来负责。

Gia Thinh投资科技公司将负责电脑化彩票、相关技术系统、设备、科技和软件的营运和采购，这项执照将在今年7月开始生效，为期18年。

该公司预期在今年中，率先在胡志明市推介累积奖金的彩票博彩游戏，接着会再推出数字博彩游戏。

在未来5年，公司会通过近1万个彩票站，逐步把覆盖率扩展至全国。

越南投资过关　成功机构成功多多一喜一忧

（吉隆坡21日讯）联营公司在越南的彩票投资项目获当地政府亮绿灯，成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）和成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）今天股价一喜一忧。

两家公司昨日联合发布声明，指成功Gia Thinh投资科技联营公司（简称成功GTI）获准与越南財政部旗下的越南电子彩票公司，合作投资营运全国性电脑化彩票业务长达18年。成功GTI是越南成功彩票有限公司持股51%的子公司，后者则是成功机构和成功多多的联营公司，分別持股80%和20%。

受到这项消息带动，成功机构股价今天大热走高3仙或8.82%，至37仙。成交量6880万股，成为热门榜第3名。成功多多股价则下滑2仙或0.67%，至2.98令吉。

由於成功多多只拥有成功GTI10.2%的间接股权，市场分析员纷纷维持成功多多的投资建议和目標价。

达证券分析员认为，这项合约对成功多多的直接帮助不大。然而，不排除成功多多可通过技术系统、设备、科技、软件和电子彩票供应合约，获取更大的盈利。

根据合约內容，各彩票项目將会通过电脑终端、电话、手提电话和网络在全国售卖。首个乐透积宝游戏预计在2016年中旬开跑，先在胡志明市推出，接著在5年內延伸至全国1万个电脑终端。

18年的投资总成本估计为2亿1060万美元（约9亿1920万令吉）。以15%税前盈利赚幅计算，料可为成功多多带来1亿3790万令吉的税前盈利。

但由於没有更进一步的资料，分析员暂时没有调整该公司2016-2018財政年（4月30日结账）的盈利预测。

安联星展研究分析员则认为，若投资者有意押注这项越南彩票业务的潜力，对成功GTI拥有40.8%间接持股的成功机构是更好的选择。

无论如何，肯纳格研究分析员相信，获得18年独家彩票经营权的成功GTI，將受益於当地庞大的需求量。

越南总人口达9000万人，是大马的3倍。

（吉隆坡24日讯）成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）创办人丹斯里陈志远预计，将在4至5个月内推介越南彩票，正式进军越南彩票市场。

他说，越南拥有9000万人口，而该机构获越南颁发为期18年的越南独家电脑化彩票系统营运执照，相信未来发展良好。

他今日出席成功机构与菲律宾非政府组织Gawad Kalinga在我国成立社会和谐运动组织（Gerakan KeharmonianMasyarakat）记者会上，发表谈话。

成功机构与成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）于上月20日获越南规划和投资部，颁发为期18年的越南独家电脑化彩票系统营运执照。

这项执照已颁发给成功机构，其合作伙伴Vietlott是越南政府独资子公司，执照将在今年7月开始生效。

陈志远补充，该机构也建议Gawad Kalinga到越南设立分会协助当地贫穷人士。

第3季淨利挫44% 成功多多派息4仙

（吉隆坡18日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主要板貿服）截至1月底2016財年第3季淨利按年下滑44%，至5835萬令吉，但宣布派息每股4仙。

成功多多向馬證交所報備，配合業績宣布，將在4月28日派發每股4仙中期股息，除權日鎖定在4月11日。有關派息將該公司的全年股息提高至14仙，或總值約1億8770萬令吉。

該公司第3季淨利下挫44%，至5835萬令吉；營業額微跌0.3%至13億2303萬令吉。

該公司首9個月淨賺2億147萬令吉，淨利比去年同期少29%；營業額縮減6.6%，錄得40億7908萬令吉。

根據報備文件，首9個月淨利減少，主要因為大馬多多博彩（Sports Toto）承擔更高的獎金支付，及消費稅的影響。

同時，菲律賓博彩管理公司在較低的租金收入，也拉低該公司的營業額。

展望前景，隨著經商環境具挑戰，繼續影響消費意願，加上消費稅帶來的衝擊，該公司相信，測字業務（NFO）在本財年接下來的幾個季度將面對挑戰。不過，該公司認為，仍可維持測字業務的市佔率。【中国报财经】

業績遜色‧成功多多財測下調

（吉隆坡21日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板貿服組）第三季業績因高於預測的派獎率遜於預測，分析員都認為，非法測字及消費稅將繼續影響業績，紛紛下修財測。
非法測字及消費稅影響

雖然業績不如意，但部份分析員認為，成功多多的高派息率使該公司仍具吸引力。

在公佈業績後，成功多多股價應聲下挫，今日一度大挫16仙或4.7%，全天跌15仙或4.38%，掛3令吉28仙。

在第三季，高於預期的派獎率使成功多多淨利下跌33%至5千840萬令吉，9個月淨利也挫2億零150萬令吉，只達市場預測的60%左右。

因業績遜於預測，安聯星展下修成功多多2016財政年淨利預測8%、肯納格砍2016／2017年財測分別13%及4%、大眾研究則下修2016／2017財政年各8%。

雖然業績遜色，但成功多多仍派出高股息。

根據聯昌研究，成功多多的派息率仍是眾多上市公司當中最高的；截至2016年財政年第三季，該公司的派息比率相等於94%，高於原設定的最少80%。

在發展上，儘管成功多多在越南投資新的測字業務，但肯納格表示，成功多多只通過連號公司持該聯營計劃10.2%，近期貢獻微乎其微。

聯昌也認為，成功多多在越南的投資估計在近2年內都不能帶來貢獻，但以長期而言，應該會利好。

測字業務方面，馬銀行研究認為，雖然營業額走揚，但高派獎率及非法測字業者腐蝕市場，使賺幅走跌。

料不調高博彩稅

儘管政府在近期內調漲煙酒稅，但達證券認為，博彩業者已因消費稅而受大影響，估計政府不會調高博彩稅。在成長受限下，大眾研究及達證券都因成功多多股價從年初至今已上漲13%，因此下修評級。

成功多多末季净利扬35%

（吉隆坡20日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）截至4月30日末季，净利按年扬35.1%，建议派息每股5仙。

该公司末季净赚1亿471万4000令吉，高于去年同季的7751万1000令吉。

派息5仙

至于营业额，则从14亿5749万8000令吉增至14亿8414万6000令吉，按年增幅1.83%。

由于多多大马（Sports Toto Malaysia）和菲律宾博彩管理公司（PGMC）的表现亮眼，带动成功多多的末季业绩报捷。

多多大马末季的营业额虽跌3.1%，不过税前盈利劲扬37.4%，归功于派彩率下跌。PGMC则因营运开销下降，加上外汇收益，带动营业额和税前盈利各别扬0.3%和7.6%。

至于英国H.R.Owen公司，则因营运开销走高，打击税前盈利下挫。

另外，该公司每股5仙的股息除权日为7月18日，并将在8月9日支付。

全年净利跌15%

累计全年，净利按年下挫15.33%，至3亿618万3000令吉；不过，营业额则涨5.3%，报55亿6322万9000令吉。

该公司在现财年的派息总额达2亿5520万令吉，相等于净利的83.3%。

展望未来，由于充满挑战的经济环境，提高消费者的生活成本，加上消费税影响，将持续削弱消费情绪，因此，董事部估计下财年的万字票业务将充满挑战，不过有信心能维持市占率。【e南洋】

盈利派息符预期·成功多多财测微降

（吉隆坡21日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO,1562,主板贸服组）2016年全年净利符合或稍为超越市场预测，由于旗下测字业务营收前景仍然疲软，分析员普遍稍为下调其财测，惟其偏高派息率将增添一些投资魅力。

马银行研究表示，成功多多2016年第四季及全年盈利及股息派发符合该行预测。测字业务每次开彩营收仍稍为疲软，该行将其2017年及2018年的每次开彩营收成长假设，从之前的2%分别调整至-2%及+2%，净利成长则下调5%。

联昌研究指出，成功多多2016年财政年净利3亿零600万令吉，超越该行预测，比全年预测高出7%。惟随着下调其测字业务销售预测及旗下HR-OWEN盈利贡献，该行将2017年及2018年的每股净利下调9%。

联昌研究表示，成功置地（BJLAND,4219,主板贸服组）在今年5月/6月间脱售成功多多的1420万股的股票，每股平均售价介于2令吉86仙至2令吉95仙之间，或占成功多多1.1%股权，以筹措约4000万令吉以充当偿还债务用途。

大股东售股可改善流通率

由于成功置地下回偿还债务期限，分别为今年10月及明年6月，分别要偿还5000万令吉及1亿5000万令吉，联昌认为，成功置地料持续脱售成功多多股票以筹资还债，预料市场将涌现过剩的成功多多股票，这为少数股东发出负面讯息。

针对大股东脱售股权问题，达证券则表示不担心市场股票过剩，并认为它反而改善成功多多股票的自由流通率。



肯纳格研究指出，成功多多2016年第四季净利强力回弹，按季扬升78%及按年上扬35%，主要受到运气因素向好推动，即在过去4季里，运气因素首次跌破理论派彩率60%以下水平，达到58.2%的派彩率，前期则为63.5%。

肯纳格对成功多多的2017年净利预测保持不变，即达3亿6110万令吉，并推出2018年净利预测，即按年成长3%至3亿7250万令吉，惟前提是派彩率维持在60%及彩票销售成长2%。若是派彩率每起1%，将使其2017年的每股盈利减少7%。

丰隆研究则将成功多多的2017年及2018年营业额预测上调5.2%及7.3%，而净利预测则分别上调5.1%及5.2%，主要反映旗下汽车业务HR-OWEN的营收成长走高至5%及检讨该行的赚幅假设。

李文龙‧彩票业不可或缺的运气

本地测字博彩业龙头老大──成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服组）过去一年深受多项利空特别是消费税的冲击，惟“财运大旺”，最新季度派彩率大幅度减少，从而收复部份失地及扭转劣势。

成功多多在测字博彩业“做庄”，年年赚大钱派高息，惟自去年4月1日开始实施消费税，虽然自行吸纳消费税减轻“万字迷”的负担拼业务，但是还是不足以抵销市场全部利空，使2016财政年首3季业绩受到某程度的冲击。

惟这个“庄家”运气好，万字迷中奖率走低，从而在第四季大获全胜，派彩率低过理论上的60%水平，使分析员大跌眼镜，重新评估其财测与评级。

政府去年开始实施6%消费税，在一年里从市场吸走额外数以百亿令吉计的税收、马币汇率走贬削减市场购买力、百货涨价等利空，使消费者的消费能力及情绪恶化，从而冲击博彩业的测字业务，包括成功多多的业绩表现。

由于市道欠佳，消费者的可支出收入也受到挤压，使他们用以买万字彩票的闲钱也减少，是本地测字业者业务走低的个中主因。

目前消费税已实施超过一年，成功多多在2016年首3季的业务表现受到挑战，也使一些分析员调整财测，最近数月的股价也下跌逾10%，在在显示市场或投资者原本还是不太看好全年业绩表现。

市场万万想不到，成功多多在甫宣布的第四季业绩完全扭转劣势，主要原因竟是“运气”超好，彩金派彩率猛跌至58.2%，不仅比理论派彩率60%来得好，更是比前期派彩率63.5%整整改善了5.3%。估计派彩率每起落1%，会使每股盈利增减7%。

随着运气因素大旺，成功多多2016年第四季净利强力回弹，按季猛涨78%及按年上扬35%，是在过去数季里运气因素首次跌破理论派彩率60%以下水平。

成功多多未来的运气因素能否延续，是市场甚至成功多多管理层所难以臆测及捉摸的。市场或分析员若要准确剖析未来业绩，除了要掌握高素质的基本因素及数据，在某个程度上，还得需要有一点点的运气。
