该公司第三季净赚4793万6000令吉或每股3.56仙，上财年同季则录得5835万3000令吉或每股4.33仙。

同时，营业额从13亿2303万令吉，按年增长3.33%，达13亿6705万令吉。

大马成功多多的营业额按年略增0.3%，主要是因为消费税调整，而支付1560万令吉。若扣除该项因素，营业额增长2.2%。

文告指出，税前盈利按年下跌7.8%，主要是因为消费税调整，以及营运开支增加。

合计首9个月净利按年减少16.2%，达1亿6883万令吉或每股12.52仙；营业额则按年提高4.37%，达42亿5747万令吉。 【e南洋】

GST计算差异非法博彩抢市‧ 成功多多3年财测下调

（吉隆坡17日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO,1562,主板贸服组）第叁季净利挫17.85%至4793万6000令吉，儘管第四季销售预期增长，但消费税诠释与非法博彩竞争仍增添下行风险，分析员纷纷调低今後3个财政年财测。

达證券指出，成功多多单季与首3季皆受消费税计算法之歧异，导致首9个月需额外1560万令吉税款，业绩因此低於预测。

已向关税局提呈检讨

成功多多2月间向关税局总监提呈税务检讨，以深入探讨对消费税计算的差异。

丰隆研究也预期这类事件将层出不穷，进而压缩与衝击测字业的赚益与盈利。

丰隆指出，当这种消费税的诠释与计算差异成为“新常态”时，预期测字业将有更多下行风险，压缩与衝击其赚益与盈利。

大马投行指出，万能（MAGNUM,3859,主板贸服组）在第四季业绩中，也因消费税的940万令吉税务调整而受衝击。

首9个月，成功多多净利跌16.2%，至1.68亿；核心净利亦跌5.3%，主要是受更高的实际税率所累。除此之外，由於成功汽车菲律宾业务股权冲稀，而蒙受880万令吉外汇亏损。

週息率诱人

大众研究认为，国内测字业营运环境严峻，消费情绪疲弱还受非法博彩竞争，预期前景挑战重重。

“不过，成功多多的5%週息率仍具吸引力。”

马银行研究说，大马政府不久将修改1953年公共赌场法（CGHA）箝制网上博彩，有利合法测字业收复市占。

打击非法博彩
有利收复市占

大马投行下调2017年财测21.8%；肯纳格研究调低2017与2018财政年净利21%与1%，联昌研究调低今後3个财政年财测18%至24%，而艾芬黄氏研究调低2017至2019财政年每股盈利与派息率。马银行各调低今後3个财政年财测14%、3%与2%。

肯纳格与联昌认为，高赔率亦是拖低其净利之另一原因，其赔率由次季63.6%走高至第叁季的64.5%。

成功多多昨天向交易所报备，成功菲律宾在上周五（7日）成立的Berjaya Enviro菲律宾公司，主要涉及保护和清理环境的服务业务，包括疏浚和清理河道、清理垃圾堆场、回收垃圾等。

成功多多净利挫31％

（吉隆坡16日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）截至4月杪末季，净利按年下跌30.78%至7248万8000令吉，或每股净利5.38仙；但仍宣布派息每股3仙。

成功多多向交易所报备，上财年同期净利为1亿471万4000令吉，或每股净利7.77仙。

营业额则从上财年同期的14亿8414万6000令吉，按年微跌0.48%，至14亿7707万7000令吉。

主要子公司多多大马（Sports Toto Malaysia）的营业额及税前盈利，分别按年跌4.1%及43.0%，主要是因为与上财年比较，开彩次数较少。

而多多大马的末季税前盈利大跌，则归咎于上财年的派彩率特别少。

菲律宾博彩管理公司（PGMC）的营业额，按年增加19.4%，主要是因为菲律宾慈善抽奖活动局（PCSO）的销售走高。

不过，基于营运开销增加，导致PGMC的税前盈利下跌8.5%。

英国H.R.Owen公司则录得较高的营业额及税前盈利，因为新款车销售量走高，再加上新增分店带来的营业额贡献。

此外，令吉贬值的因素，也改善H.R.Owen公司的业绩。

派息３仙

累计全年，成功多多净利按年减少21.81%至2亿4131万3000令吉，或每股净利17.90仙；营业额则按年微涨3.08%，至57亿3454万6000令吉。

另外，成功多多也宣布派发每股3仙的股息，除权日及享有权益日，分别落在下个18日及20日，而派息日则是8月9日。

基于非法赌博活动的激烈竞争，再加上成本高企及消费者情绪疲弱，成功多多董事部预计，截至2018财年4月杪的万字票（NFO）业务依然充满挑战。

营运严峻．周息率料企7%．成功多多财测下调

（吉隆坡21日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服组）2017财政年第四季财报显弱，分析员预见未来营运环境将持续严峻，纷纷下调2018至2019财政年盈利和股息目标，但相信周息率仍企于7%以上水平，值得投资者一博。

成功多多2017财政年第四季净利为7250万令吉，按年下跌30.8%，全年累积净利年减21.8%至2亿4130万令吉，表现达到大众研究标准，但却低于市场预期。

股价走势低迷

由于业绩表现疲弱，成功多多周三股价走势低迷，全日下挫2仙至2令吉55仙。

展望未来，丰隆研究指出，成功多多管理层预期2018财政年测字业务持续严峻，主要受非法万字活动猖獗、成本攀升和消费者情绪低迷影响。

“我们相信推介类似dmcGo的网上平台将是集团打进覆盖不足，以及促进未来业务增长的潜在成长策略。”

艾芬黄氏研究则对菲律宾业务感到忧虑，主要是菲律宾博彩管理公司（PGMC）正尝试降低营运租赁付款，这可能对集团未来盈利带来更多下行风险。

不过，马银行研究表示，若进一步发掘成功多多财报，预测2017财政年第四季成功多多大马（STM）总测字仅年减2%，比万能（MAGNUM，3859，主板贸服组）今年首季销售下跌5%来得轻，主要是其大型积宝游戏成功吸引更多赌客，以及外劳客群受非法万字的影响较轻。

“有鉴于此，我们仅调低成功多多2018至2019财政年每股盈利目标2%，我们预期未来在派彩率正常化至60%水平，以及2017财政年第三季非常态消费税调整缺席下，集团盈利将走向复苏。”

相比之下，联昌研究更为悲观，下砍成功多多2018至2019财政年每股盈利8.8至9.3%，并对集团能否在销售下跌，以及运气因素起伏不定的情况下维持派息表现心存疑虑。

每股股息目标调低

因此，联昌研究和马银行研究双双调低成功多多2018至2019财政年每股股息目标，其中后者调幅高达6至7%，但看好未来周息率仍达到诱人的7%以上水平。

整体来看，各大证券行对成功多多前景看法分歧，其中艾芬黄氏研究看法最为消极，称成功多多短期盈利增长依旧严峻，股价缺乏催化因素，因此维持其“卖出”评级。

马银行研究则认为，市场忧虑成功多多将面对万能巨额的税金罚款，拖累近期股价回落，但成功置地（BJLAND，4219，主板贸服组）和成功集团（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服组）通过买进股票动作向市场信心喊话，因此上调评级至“买进”。

成功多多今日向交易所报备，成功菲律宾是以6276万披索，相等于536万令吉，买入该批股权。完成后，将持有大马7-11控股共590万股，相等于0.53%股权。

成功多多今日向大马交易所报备，该集团在7月4日至7月14日期间，通过持股88.26%的子公司—成功菲律宾公司（Berjaya Philippines Inc，BPI）在公开市场买入这批股权。

同时，BPI也是菲律宾交易所的上市公司。

根据BPI向菲律宾交易所发布的一则文告：“完成股权收购后，BPI如今持有7-Eleven控股合共1130万股，或相等于1.02%股份。”

祭禁令阻博彩设备招标
成功菲律宾守独家供应权

（吉隆坡16日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）持股88.26%股权的成功菲律宾，成功通过法庭禁令，阻止菲律宾政府的公开招标，以免影响其在吕宋的博彩设备独家供应权。

成功多多向马交所报备，成功菲律宾旗下的菲律宾博彩管理机构（PGMC），是菲律宾菲律宾慈善抽奖活动局（PCSO）在吕宋的博彩设备独家供应商。

上月11日，PGMC指控，PCSO为博彩设备公开招标，侵害了公司的权益，因此向法庭申请了临时禁止令。

对此，PCSO在收下法庭令状后，已宣布取消招标活动。

在2012年时，PCSO直接允许竞争对手Pacific Online系统机构进军吕宋，已让PGMC曾经提告，并进入仲裁程序。

成功菲律宾指出，有信心可在仲裁中获胜，且放眼在明年8月，吕宋其他供应商的合约到期时，PGMC仍可延长多3年的独家供应权，直到2021年。【e南洋】

首季派息4仙
成功多多净利涨27%

（吉隆坡20日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）在截至7月杪首季，净利按年涨26.5%，且宣布派发每股4仙股息。

成功多多今天向交易所报备，净利从去年同期的5874万1000令吉或每股4.36仙，提高至7431万2000令吉或每股5.51仙。

该公司在文告中指出，归功于旗下高档汽车销售商H.R.Owen公司表现提升，以及受惠于汇率走势，国外子公司为成功多多贡献外汇收益。

营业额年升2.5%

营业额也从去年的14亿3560万7000令吉，年升2.5%，至14亿7182万9000令吉。

在旗下业务方面，子公司多多大马的营业额年跌2.3%，但税前净利升2.3%，因去年同期的派彩率低。

而H.R.Owen公司的营业额年升7.1%，得6亿7070万令吉，税前盈利年升1.2倍至1550万令吉，主要因为新车和二手车销量增加，以及当季出售数个新车款。

成功多多也宣布派发每股4仙的首次中期股息，除权日在10月6日，派息日于同月24日。【e南洋】

行家建议:

公司首季核心净利表现符合预期，分别达我们和市场全年预测的23.5%和25.7%；每股4仙的股息也与我们全年预测的16仙的相符。

随着下月政府将公布2018年财政预算案，因我国即将举行大选，因此，我们认为上调博彩税的几率不高。

不过，公司所面对的隐忧，是有可能需要缴交数目庞大的选举捐款。

在参考2017财年已审计的财报后，我们维持2018和2019财年盈利预测不变。

周息率达7%的成功多多，仍是我们青睐的“股息股”之一，因此维持“买进”的投资评级。

测字业务回稳．成功多多估值具吸引力

（吉隆坡21日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO,1562,主板贸服组）首季业绩符合预期，分析员预见测字业务开始回稳，但由于消费情绪低迷和黑市业者猖獗，短期仍难强劲复苏。

在汇率收益、汽车代理业务及低有效税率贡献下，该公司首季净利按年涨26.5%，至7430万令吉。

测字业务持续改善

大众研究认为，测字业务营运获利虽然下滑2.8%，但已出现连续改善迹象，为面临挑战的大马测字业务带来提供一些稳定因素。

调整汇率收益后，该公司合理化获利为7120万令吉，符合预期。大马多多博彩营业额下滑2.3%，但因为较低赔率，税前获利改善2.3%。

大众研究指出，虽然该股已从谷底反弹，却不认为短期内测字业务盈利将强劲复苏，因市场消费情绪依然低迷。

丰隆研究也认同，尽管该股于近期回调，但因为缺乏新鲜催化因素、营运环境挑战及非法业者猖獗而购兴不高。

另外，该公司依然面对消费税诠释差异及当局查税不稳定因素。

肯纳格研究认为，该公司连续两个季度盈利复苏将缓冲股价跌势，测字销售在过去2至3季显改善迹象，相信可带动该股谷底反弹，其中运气因素及测字销售将是盈利重点。

过去4年，该公司与同侪一样，面临运气因素波动及测字销售低迷状况，进而引发盈利可否长期支撑派息的疑虑。

本益比诱人

该行表示，成功多多过去3个月股价进一步走低10%，今年来共跌22%，本益比跌至9.6倍，即使上调2018财政年赔率至63.6%及下调20%盈利，2018财政年本益比为11倍，依然具吸引力。有鉴于此，该行认为该股已超卖。

联昌研究也认为其股价过去6个月回退22%已浮现吸引力，加上周息率达6.4至6.7%，因此上调评级。

达证券则认为下个月的预算案中料不会提高测字业者税务，但可能会有大选捐款，若真如此，一旦捐献金额庞大，将带来负面影响。
