Remarks :

The Board of Directors of Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad had approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 30 April to 30 June so as to coincide with the new financial year end of its holding company, Berjaya Land Berhad. Thus, the next set of financial statements with the new financial year end will be prepared from 1 May 2018 to 30 June 2019 covering a period of 14 months. Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall end on 30 June for each subsequent financial year.

（吉隆坡19日讯）虽然成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板消费股）2019财政年截至6月30日止的2个月（5月1日至6月30日）内录得9亿7492万令吉营业额，但基于作出商誉以及资产脱售减值，拖累该公司蒙受4138万令吉净亏损。由于成功多多更改结账日期，因此没有去年同期的比较数据。

该公司2个月内的季度营业额主要是由国内字票业务以及英国豪华汽车商--H.R. Owen公司所贡献。若扣除商誉减值以及在菲律宾脱售与字票设备租赁有关业务的资产减值，成功多多的税前净利实为5160万令吉。

另一边厢，在字票业务、H.R. Owen公司以及菲律宾博彩管理机构（PGMC）贡献下，成功多多于去年5月1日至今年6月30日的14个月内，录得66亿9862万令吉营业额，以及4亿零400万令吉税前净利。

若撇除上述商誉与资产减值，税前盈利实为4亿8240万令吉。成功多多累积14个月的税后净利是2亿3505万令吉。

董事局没宣布派发股息。不过，截至2019年6月30日的累积股息为逾2亿1550万令吉，占14个月净利的91.7%。

展望未来，董事局相信成功多多的表现将令人满意，并对维持其字票市占率有信心。

（吉隆坡20日讯）由于成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板消费股）更改结账日后的2019财政年最后2个月（5月至6月）意外地蒙受净亏损，加上菲律宾业务的盈利面对下行风险，促使分析员纷纷下修盈利预测。

该公司周一（19日）公布最新业绩，2019财政年（截至6月30日止）的2个月录得9亿7492万令吉营收，但基于作出商誉及资产脱售减值而蒙受4138万令吉净亏损。由于该公司更改结账日，因此现财政年的业绩没有按年对比数据。

其5月至6月的营收主要来自国内字票业务及英国豪华汽车商H.R.Owen，若排除上述一次性减值项目计，成功多多的税前净利实为5160万令吉。

数不利因素拖累

大部份分析员认为，脱售菲律宾博彩管理机构（PGMC）的部份股权、猖獗的非法字票活动，以及英国豪华汽车商H.R.Owen贡献走低，都是影响公司盈利前景的不利因素。

达证券分析员表示，H.R.Owen在5月及6月的表现相对疲弱，营运净利贡献仅为60万令吉，不排除是因为英国脱欧前的情绪低迷，导致市场对豪华轿车的需求下降。

“此外，线上博彩及体育博彩的激增对大马合法字票营运商（NFO）构成严重威胁。”

该分析员认为，尽管线上博彩活动在大马是非法的，但政府要严厉打击非法赌博并不容易，更糟糕的是，这类活动似乎对年轻人更具吸引力。然而，安联星展研究分析员却认为，成功多多将获益于政府严厉打压非法字票活动，尤其是去年下半年。

他补充，由于非法字票市场的规模估计为合法市场的2倍，如果监管当局顺利降低非法字票活动，合法字票业业就有推高净利的空间。

与此同时，艾芬黄氏资本分析员表示，近期出售子公司PGMC的资产减值，促使营业额显著下挫至2亿3500万令吉。惟国内字票业务的营收保持稳定。但较高的派彩金率，仍影响该公司的获利能力。

另外，虽然大众投行分析员维持其盈利预测，但强调其菲律宾租赁合约将在本月到期，管理层正寻求将特许经营权延长5年。“一旦未能延长特许经营权期限，菲律宾的盈利贡献将面临约10%的下行风险。”

因此，大部份分析员下砍该股2020和2021财政年盈利预测1%到8%左右，再加上近期利好因素已反映在股价上，年初至今上扬31%，因此多数分析员给予该股“中和”或“卖出”评级。
