Tune 保险末季净利飙170%

（吉隆坡28日讯）受惠保费增长和投资收入高，Tune保险（Tuneins，5230，主板金融股）2012财年第四季业绩表现出色，净利和营业额分别涨169.74%和473.91%。

截至去年12月杪，Tune保险第四季净利从上财年同期的668万3000令吉，飙升169.74%至1802万7000令吉。

营业额更从上财年的1572万1000令吉，飙升473.91%至9022万5000令吉。

Tune保险2012财年全年净利和营业额分别增52.19%和305.19%至4148万令吉和2亿2638万令吉；2011财年的净利和营业额为2725万5000令吉和5587万令吉。

集团第四季和全年每股盈利为3.07仙和16.28仙，上财年同期为4.69仙和67.83仙。

Tune保险董事局表示，集团将继续透过多元化产品及提升普险组合带动营业额增长；并期望可从航空旅行和旅游增长，以及消费者旅游保险意识增长中受惠。[南洋网财经]

Tune保險控股（TUNEINS，5230，主要板金融）盈利前景看俏，基于亞洲航空（AIRASIA，5099，主要板貿易）持續擴張，有望帶動旅遊保險業務增長。

我們是首次評估該股，基于4大因素，包括區域覆蓋率、盈利前景看消、與亞航穩定的合作關係，及旅遊保險索賠率低，看好Tune保險控股業務前景，是為馬股最佳保險類股。

與國內其他保險公司相比，Tune保險控股擁有很特別的業務模式。該公司業務始于2009年，透過與亞航合作方式，分銷旗下旅遊保險產品。

該公司無權在海外分銷旅遊保險產品，故旗下旅遊保險皆由本地保險夥伴代為承保。Tune保險控股于去年5月，收購東方資本保險（Oriental Capital Assurance）以強化本地業務。

東方資本保險隨后易名為Tune大馬保險公司。

（吉隆坡30日讯）Tune保险（TuneIns，5230，主板金融股）将以838亿5248万7868印尼盾（约2613万令吉），收购印尼PT Batavia Mitratama保险公司（BMI）70%股权。

Tune保险今天向马交所报备，公司今天签署投资与买卖合约收购BMI的1万6499股，成交价相等于每股100万印尼盾（约311令吉）。

卖方为PTOlympindo Multi Finance公司和两名印尼籍大股东。合约也提到，Tune保险未来可认购BMI的新股。

Tune保险表示，公司将以首次公开募股所得融资收购计划，估计3至6个月内完成收购后BMI将成为子公司，从2014财年开始贡献公司盈利。

“透过投资BMI，Tune保险将在印尼普险市场分一杯羹，以公司旗下的网上保险服务等产品，公司将从增长快速、规模庞大和保险产品需求较高的印尼市场获益。”

截至2012年杪，BMI净利报59亿9000万印尼盾（约187万令吉），净资产高达529亿6000万印尼盾（约1650万令吉）。

我們對于這項交易給于正面評價，這可補充該公司旅遊保險業務以及進軍印尼市場。

我們估計該收購將可加強Tune保險控股5.9%每股盈利（EPS），我們將持續調整股息折現方式的價值。我們維持“跑贏大市”評級，其主要原因為該公司旅遊保險業務的擴展和收購BMI后，可提高每股盈利。

保單成長看俏‧TUNE保險料強勁成長

（吉隆坡13日訊）TUNE保險（TUNEINS，5230，主板金融組）保單成長看俏，加上獲海外收購計劃逐漸成形重估催化劑支撐，興業研究預見該公司接下來將交出強韌盈利成長。

同時，隨著印尼業務作出可觀盈利貢獻，該公司2014財政年每股盈利更獲上調4%。

鑒於TUNE保險印尼子公司TIH料將在2014財政年作出全面盈利，興業預計網絡業務保費將增長5%，相等於每股盈利4%漲勢，前提是印尼業貢獻15%旅遊保單、50%盈利賺幅及TIH維持25%網絡保單。

值得注意的是，過去一週，該公司股價已攀升了超過20%，並創下今年2月上市以來的新高紀錄，相信是因為投資者購興大增，加上將海外收購計劃納入預估中。

不過，股價大漲至逾22倍本益比，已導致週息率度跌至2%以下。

目前興業對TUNE保險的財測並未納入非網絡普險業務，若將此業務的187萬令吉盈利納入考量中，則促使2014財政年每股盈利上升5.8%，而目標價也調升至2令吉12仙。
