携手大型公司．爱索电商放眼5150万销售

（吉隆坡15日讯）爱索电商（ACCSOFT,0018,创业板科技组）旗下的电商平台上线在即，并计划与大型电商公司合作，2017财政年销售量料可达5000万至8000万人民币（约3220万令吉至5150万令吉）。

爱索电商执行董事朱国和在特大后表示，除了已达成协议的南极电商公司外，该公司目前正与2至3家公司筹策合作机会，包括报40亿人民币销售量的一家湖南电商集团。

他补充，该公司也成功争取2家品牌的销售权，并将在一切落实后公布外界。

该公司利用大马公司的管理体系及技术人才，以及晋江为中国最大鞋服市场的优势，计划2017年内，将其鞋服购物平台在中国与大马同步上线，并料可在近3年内，创下4亿至5亿人民币的业绩。

目前，该公司的购物移动端（APP）也已完成认证程序，开放予公众下载，客流量尚在考察中。

“尽管竞争强烈，晋江是中国最大的鞋服产地，加上我们所提供的垂直型且主销的电商平台，将会是我们可在缝中求生的优势。”

另外，该公司主席余易阳指出，该公司的营收全数为中国公司所贡献，之前所获的科技管理服务项目，可同时为该公司的电商平台，事先打造客户群。

他推测，该公司电子商务将贡献约20%的营收，其余80%则为软件技术、电商营运规划及营销管理等服务。

末季蒙亏1091万

该公司截至2016年6月30日第四季止，蒙亏1091万5000令吉，主要原因为支付员工股份的一次性花费。

不过，截至今年9月为止，该公司营收已达2300万人民币（约1480万令吉），管理层预计可在2016年结束前，将营业额推高至2600万人民币（约1674万令吉）。

独家代理2鞋子品牌
爱索科技拓中国电商市场

（吉隆坡22日讯）爱索科技（ACCSOFT，0018，创业板）宣布，间接独资子公司福建爱索科技发展私人有限公司，已与南极电商、南极上海电商，及刘世苗（译音）签署合作框架协议，以开拓鞋类产品在中国的电子商务市场。

该公司日前向马交所报备，爱索科技发展将与刘世苗成立新公司，负责生产和销售鞋类产品。

新公司也取得南极电商和南极上海电商授权，拥有CARTELO和Nan Ji Ren两大鞋子品牌生产和销售独家代理权。

根据文告，该独家代理权将从新公司成立当天起生效，并截止于2019年11月1日。

同时，新公司正式成立后，刘世苗将负责所有鞋子品牌的线上营运和销售。

此外，爱索科技指出，新公司在截至明年12月杪前，需生产不少于500万双鞋。

爱索科技指，该协议将有助各方一起开拓中国市场，并增加鞋类产品在电子商务市场的业务竞争。【e南洋】

爱索电商第三季设首个电商平台

早期是秀才不出门，能知天下事，而在科技繁荣的当下，则人手一机，就可以买到天下物品。

电子商务发展迅速，许多与科技沾上边的公司，皆虎视眈眈此潜能难以估计的大蛋糕，而大马电子商务平台也越趋成熟，爱索电商（ACCSOFT，0018，创业板科技组）瞄准本地市场发展潜能，欲把中国电商模式复制至大马。同时，将大马视作东南亚市场的领头羊。

复制中国成功模式

爱索电商执行董事朱国和在近日举行的股东大会后表示，预计在今年第三季，在大马设立首个电子商务平台及手机应用程式，势要让用户拥有更好的网上购物体验。

他直言，当前是进军大马电商的好时机，因为阿里巴巴集团主席马云有意将大马打造为中国以外的第一个世界电子贸易平台（eWTP）实验区，让公司看见发展曙光。

他指出，该公司能够从双方达成的协议上获益，包括能够获得税务减免、降低成本及缩短快递时间。

朱国和指出，电商业务竞争激烈，想要脱颖而出，必须要有各自的定位。

“我们在大马的电商平台初步会以销售运动鞋、服饰及配件为主，较后，将拓展至其他产品种类。”

他直言，目前在与数家商家在进行洽谈，预计上线时，可以有上百家商家参与。

爱索电商目前的营业额100%贡献自中国电商业务，该中国电商平台主要负责销售运动鞋、服饰及配件。

可与中业务连线

朱国和指出，在中国的电商中心已吸引近百个品牌或商家前来上线，而大马的电商平台则能从中获得协同效应。

他指出，爱索电商与其他电商不同之处在于，该公司在中国拥有合作关系良好的品牌，因此，支援较多，且可以与中国业务连线。

他有信心，在成功复制中国的业务模式至大马后，将继续扩展业务至东南亚其他国家，预计能够在今年杪进入印尼及泰国市场。

至于电子付费方面，朱国和指出，已与支付宝、国内银行及第三方支付达成合作协议，加上爱索电商在中国的电商业务的成功，因此，相信会顺利进行。

朱国和也指出，该公司严格管控货品的来源，相信不会发生售卖冒牌货的事情。

业绩有望转盈

朱国和指出，随大马首个电商平台的面世，相信能够立即贡献营业额予该公司，并能改善业绩表现，使得2017财政年转亏为盈。

“我们的目标是，营业额贡献能够录得平衡发展，即50%来自大马，50%为中国市场。”

爱索电商面对亏损多年，在2016财政年更换结算日，累积18个月有1757万6752令吉营业额，亏损则有141万8447令吉。

爱索电商主席余易阳指出，该公司在2016财政年面对亏损是因为计算雇员认股计划（ESOS）的900万令吉费用，在剔除后，是拥有盈利的。

而该公司受子公司福建埃森思索科技发展有限公司贡献盈利推动，截至2017年3月31日止首季净利上扬41.57%至402万9000令吉，首季营业额也大涨193.53%至1211万7000令吉。

爱索电商的业绩表现近期有所改善，管理层也有信心，在成功复制中国电商业务至大马后，将能使业绩表现更亮眼，而在充满竞争及变数的科技领域，想要不被淘汰，最重要的事情，就是让消费者有更好的用户体验之余，信誉更是重要，就让我们拭目以待，爱索电商是否能在电商领域展翅高飞。

有意设电商学院

谈起中国电商发展蓬勃，朱国和指出，在当地设有培养电商的学院，因此，有意在大马打造相同模式的学院。

朱国和补充，爱索电商有计划投入逾3000万令吉，设立学院，让对电商有兴趣者可以加入。

“属于短期教学，让参与者可以学习如何利用电商平台进行买卖、推广产品及快速销售产品。”

朱国和指出，这仅是该公司一项初步计划，尚未落实，主要是不希望电商人才外流。

爱索科技联手MFB
发展最后一里物流

（吉隆坡20日讯）爱索科技（ACCSOFT，0018，创业板）与Malaysian Formula Bikes （MFB）私人有限公司签署了解备忘录，以开拓电子商务物流“最后一英里的运送”业务。

物流最后一英里，是指物流配送的最后一个环节。它的优势是可以实现“门到门”，按时按需的送货上门，方便用户，提高用户满意度，进而扩大客户群。

MFB的业务，包括摩托的组装及贸易。同时，也是三阳摩托（SYM）品牌摩托在我国的独家进口商及组装商。

基于我国最近推出的数字自由贸易区（DFTZ），爱索科技指双方将一同开拓我国“最后一英里的运送”的商机。

引进1000辆摩托

MFB将引进1000辆摩托到我国，并负责营运管理、技术维修以及日常营运。

而爱索科技将会负责应用技术与原始数据收集、业务扩展及业务策略与管理指导等。此外，也将负责筹资活动。

Accsoft今日向大马交易所报备，现年41岁的凯鲁阿兹万将替代年届50岁的Yee Yit Yang的职务，后者被重新调任为集团的独立董事。

凯鲁阿兹万是一名合格会计师，目前也在Chulia集团公司担任主席，该集团主要经营设施管理业务。

（吉隆坡10日讯）爱索电商（ACCSOFT，0018，创业板科技组）建议以“10变25”比例分拆股票。

该公司发表文告说，以每股59仙参考价推算，分拆活动完成后，每股股价将调整为23.6至24仙左右。

该公司指出，股票分拆可以降低股价，吸引更多投资者，同时，股票数量增加也能提高流通率。
