建材需求走高‧新志興趁勢而上

（吉隆坡29日訊）泛婆羅大道工程、捷運二線及輕快鐵三線工程需大量建材需求，核心業務採石工業產品和機械配備供應的新志興（SCH，0161，創業板貿服組）可從中受惠。

艾畢斯研究表示，隨著上述工程浮出台面後，建材原料及設施的需求量同步走高，因此看好該公司機械設備（M&E）營業額可從中受惠。

M&E目前貢獻該公司2015財政年首9個月39%的營業額，同期對比為23%。

該公司目前處於淨現金狀態，分析員預期2015及2016財政年的營業額可提高10.3及18.6%，淨利也相對提高至24.4及22.1%，維持“買進”

評級不變，2016財政年本益比預計為13倍，目標價為34仙。

（吉隆坡28日訊）新志興（SCH，0161，創業板貿服組）業績由盈轉虧，影響投資者的情緒，導致該股週三全天下跌1仙至23仙，成交量為436萬2千400股。

新志興2015年財政年第四季由盈轉虧，取得淨虧70萬令吉，比較前期淨利為190萬令吉，季度營收也大跌40%。

艾畢斯證券認為，該公司第四季銷售量大跌及攤消庫存，是導致由盈轉虧的主因，這也使全年淨利下跌29.3%。

該公司短期業務展望持續具挑戰，預料未來數季的銷售額也持續不受看好，主要是受到消費稅因素全面衝擊、加上較高進口成本及採礦石客戶可能在經濟欠佳時刻減少資本開銷，從而衝擊新志興業務表現。

隨著最新業績出爐，分析員將其2016年淨利預測下砍32%至740萬令吉。並從“買進”評級下調至“持有”，目標價下調至23仙，前期為34仙。

大型工程浮出台面‧新志興放眼基建營收90%

（吉隆坡26日訊）產業市場放緩，衝擊新志興（SCH，0161，創業板貿服組）的採石業務，惟基建市場可期，該公司放眼基建業務營收貢獻將提高至90%。

該公司董事經理劉文林在股東大會後表示，產業市場放緩，可能會衝擊公司20%的營業額，但預期砂拉越泛婆大道合約可改善相關表現。

“2015年產業及基建的貢獻比例為20%及80%，預期2016年兩者的比例為10%及90%。”

他預期在今年5或6月，大型基建工程如捷運2號線、輕快鐵3號線及砂拉越泛婆大道合約將會浮出台面，屆時公司的採石業務可從中受惠。

“預期建築領域的發展期限至少至2020年。”

他補充，該公司的客戶包括雙威（SUNWAY,5211,主板產業組）及楊忠禮機構（YTL,4677,主板貿服組）。

他也表示，馬幣走弱並沒有對該公司造成太大的影響，因為公司有進行護盤以穩定賺幅。此外，馬幣處於弱勢，一些小型業者因而失去議價能力，因此公司反而可以受惠其中。

等待柬批准執照

詢及進軍柬埔寨業務方面，他表示，該公司已經派遣了大馬員工駐守柬埔寨，目前只待當地政府批准營運執照，即可發展當地業務。

“柬埔寨經濟正在發展，建築領域需要相關器材，公司將會在當地銷售復新的機器。若有機會，也就將業務伸衍至緬甸、泰國及寮國。”

有關股息方面，他表示，公司沒有股息政策，但目前處於淨現金狀態，希望2016年至少可派發0.5仙的股息。（星洲日報／財經）

采石机械业务走低
新志兴净利暴跌66%

2016年7月29日
（吉隆坡28日讯）采石场机械、设备和机械翻新业务走低，新志兴（SCH，0161，创业板）截至5月杪第三季净利，按年猛挫65.82%，从212万7000令吉暴跌至72万7000令吉，或每股净利0.18仙。

3季仅赚205万

同季营业额也年跌45.38%至986万6000令吉，比上财年同季是1806万2000令吉。

累计9个月，新志兴净利亦按年大跌71.53%至204万5000令吉；同期营业额也按年减少41.79%，报2912万3000令吉。

展望未来，公司冀望借助第11大马计划与经济转型活动，加上政府推动多项基建与建筑工程，推高采石场机械需求，从而带动营业额表现。【e南洋】
