我有个 law assignment，但不知道怎么下手，求指导啊

On the 1st August, Daniel contacted Germaine and offered tosell her his kite building business for RM30,000. The offer was to remain open until the 31st August.On the 9th August, Daniel posted a letter to Germaine saying “I amsorry, I have sold the business to Chong”. This letter never reached Germaine.

On the 10th August, Germaine wrote a letter to Daniel whichin part read “I like your offer and I know you like my Nissan Patrol 4WD. Wouldyou consider an exchange or do you want cash?”. Daniel did not reply to thisletter. Accordingly Germaine wrote to Daniel on the 21st Agust accepting theoffer of the 1st August and posted the letter. Due to flash flood incertain areas of the country, the letter was not received until 3rd September.

Decide whether Germaine has any legal right against Daniel. Discuss.
