Requirements:-
- Minimum a Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Business Administration;
- At least 1 year working experience in FMCG industry;
- Able to speak in English, BM & Mandarin;
- Able to speak local dialects is an advantage;
- Performance-oriented, team player and possess foresight with strong communication and leadership skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Willing to travel outstation & possess own transport;
- Willing to work during weekend and/or public holiday;
- Not from direct competitors.

Job Scope :-
- Work closely & maintain good relationship with distributor to achieve
- market coverage width and depth;
- Monitor outlets to ensure sales performance & efficient distribution;
- Supervise & provide on-job training for Sampling Van Team and
- Promoter cum Merchandiser;
- Provide accurate and timely reports and recommendations on sales, manpower and marketing issues;
- Ensure smooth daily operation;
- Supervise deployment and maintenance of resources;
- Report operational/on-the-ground issues to supervisor on timely basis.
Working day & hours :
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (lunch time: 1pm to 2pm)
