寶翔首季淨利滑27%

（吉隆坡9日訊）寶翔（PRLEXUS，8966，主要板消費）2014財年首季淨利按年下滑26.7%，至250萬令吉。

寶翔向馬證交所報備，2014財年截至10月31日首季淨利從341萬令吉，跌至250萬令吉；營業額則按年從4930萬令吉，上揚35%至6656萬令吉。

根據報備文件，營業額下滑主要因為服裝業務和廣告業務的營業額，分別增至6449萬令吉和206萬令吉。

（吉隆坡21日讯）受惠于服装业务营业额提高，宝翔（PRLEXUS，8966，主板消费产品股）截至1月31日现财年次季净利年增37.45%至672万令吉，相等于每股盈利9.07仙，上财年同期为488万9000令吉。

次季营业额则年增32%，从上财年同期的6404万6000令吉增至8449万1000令吉。

合计半年，宝翔净利按年增长11%至922万6000令吉，或12.45仙每股盈利；营业额则按年增33.3%至1亿5105万1000令吉。

（吉隆坡25日讯）外汇兑换亏损，导致宝翔（PRLEXUS，8966，主板消费产品股）截至4月杪第三季净利，按年跌17.4%，至223万7000令吉，或每股盈利3.01仙，上财年同期则为270万8000令吉。

服装与广告收入增加，则把该公司同季营业额推高13.8%，至5334万5000令吉。

上财年同期报4689万5000令吉。

累积首三季，该公司共净赚1146万3000令吉，年增4.1%。

营业额则扬27.6%，至2亿439万6000令吉。

第三季淨利下跌‧寶翔一度挫13%

（吉隆坡24日訊）寶翔控股（PRLEXUS,8966,主板消費品組）因最新第三季淨利走低，引起投資者拋售股票，股價一度重挫24仙或13.25%。

寶翔控股週二低開，開市不久即賣壓涌現，股價節節敗退，一度大挫24仙，至1令吉57仙全天最低。

寶翔閉市以1令吉59仙掛收，全天重跌22仙或12.15%，成交量417萬9千900股，為全場跌幅第二大股。

寶翔週一宣佈截至2014年4月30日止第三季淨利下跌18%至220萬令吉。

該公司主要涉足服裝製造與銷售領域。首9個月淨利表現平平，達約1千100萬令吉。惟營業額增長至2億零439萬令吉，前期為1億6千零24萬令吉。

寶翔較低淨利表現，主要是蒙受外匯虧損169萬令吉所致。

寶翔首席財務員張志文（譯音）受詢時指出，公司的外匯情況，主要胥視美元匯率的起落而定。至於股價為何重挫，他拒絕談論，僅表示可能與最新公佈的業績有關。（星洲日報／財經）

The existing paid-up capital of Prolexus International is USD 100,000 (equivalent to approximately RM330,000). The incorporation of Prolexus International is in line with the Group’s expansion plan. The said incorporation was funded through internally generated funds and is not expected to have any material effect on Prolexus Group’s earnings per share, net assets per share, gearings, share capital and substantial shareholdings structure for the financial year ending 31 July 2015. Malaysia 300,000 100 3.        RATIONALE OF THE ACQUISITION The acquisition is part of the Group’s apparel division expansion plan. 4.        SOURCE OF FUNDS The Acquisition was funded through internally generated funds. 5.        FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Acquisition will not have any material effect on the Prolexus Group’s earnings per share, net assets per share, gearings, share capital and substantial shareholdings structure for the financial year ending 31 July 2015. 6.        DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTEREST None of the directors and/or major shareholders of Prolexus and/or persons connected with them have any interest, either direct or indirect, in the Acquisition. 7.        APPROVALS REQUIRED The Acquisition is not subject to the approval of shareholders of Prolexus or any relevant government authorities. 8.        STATEMENT BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Board of Directors of Prolexus, after taking into consideration of the rationale of the Acquisition, is of the opinion that the Acquisition is in the best interest of the Company.
