252万买EVN宏愿 综合通运进军太阳能发电

（吉隆坡17日讯）综合通运（ILB，5614，主板贸服股）宣布，以252万4000令吉收购EVN宏愿私人有限公司，进军太阳能发电业务。
该公司今天向马交所报备，透过子公司IL能源私人有限公司，收购槟城的EVN宏愿，预计6个月内完成。
根据文告，EVN宏愿的主要业务，是买卖和安装绿色机械、产品以及设备，包括太阳能、水能、生物沼气、米厂废料、地产废料，及生产和售卖电能和可再生能源给相关单位。
EVN宏愿3月27日从永续能源发展机构（SEDA）获得批准，位于槟城威省，兴建1兆瓦的太阳能发电厂，根据电力回购价（FeedinTariff）提供再生能源给国能（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股），为期21年。
通过收购EVN宏愿，综合通运将进军太阳能业务，多元化该公司的盈利。

综合通运6910万售中港业务

（吉隆坡19日讯）综合通运（ILB，5614，主板贸服股）宣布，以1亿3730万港元（约6910万令吉），脱售上海ISH物流和香港ISH货物服务的股权。
根据文告，综合通运旗下非直接持股70%的香港综合物流（简称IL HK），已与Natural Creation有限公司，和Joint Fun公司签署买卖契约。
IL HK将把上海ISH物流的所有股权，以4550万港元卖给Natural Creation；而香港ISH货物服务的所有股权，则会以9180万港元脱售给Joint Fun公司，总计1亿3730万港元（约6910万令吉）。
综合通运表示，收益中的1亿1900万港元，将用来偿还贷款。而1782万5000港元，则将用作营运资本。
该公司表示，这项脱售活动符合公司撤出大部分中国业务的意愿，因当地的营商环境日益激烈，且租金和员工成本预计会走高，或导致赚幅受侵蚀。

综合通运联号公司仓库火患

（吉隆坡25日讯）综合通运（ILB，5614，主板贸服股）间接联号公司恒阳石化物流，旗下的其中一座仓库发生工业火患，造成营运受影响并暂停运作。
该公司向马交所报备，恒阳石化物流旗下的江苏德桥仓储有限公司的一座仓库，前日（22日）发生工业大火。
恒阳石化物流目前仍在评估火灾造成的损失，目前暂时未能估计损失额。
综合通运持有综合物流（香港）有限公司（ILHK）的70%股权，并借此持有恒阳石化物流的25.8%股权。【南洋网财经】
