缤纷多媒体i-medic进军台湾

（吉隆坡10日讯）缤纷多媒体（PALETTE，0005，创业板）旗下的“i-medic”流动保健系统，宣布进军台湾，为两家医疗中心提供医疗服务。
根据文告，该公司已与台北的两家医疗中心签约，分别是私人乳癌中心新英格兰诊所和私人心脏中心悦年轻精密医学。
凭着i-medic，新英格兰诊患者的胸部录音影像，及其他生命特征，可被上载至云端，可在任何病变形成之前，更容易被追踪和比较进展。
缤纷多媒体主席吴家义在文告中表示，心血管疾病和癌症持续是夺走人们性命的两大主要原因，而公司的焦点将会是持续专注于让医生更谨慎地管理这些慢性疾病，而病患也可以更有效地照顾健康。
“我们对于新英格兰诊所和悦年轻精密医学成立流动医疗中心感到高兴，同时，也冀望可在台湾取得好成绩，因台湾人健康意识较高，且对科技的接受度较高。”
目前，全球有超过1000名医生注册于i-medic这个平台，中国、美国、新加坡、大马和台湾的医生和医院，均有使用i-medic。【e南洋】 |

缤纷多媒体获359万合约
2017年5月6日
（吉隆坡5日讯）缤纷多媒体（PALETTE，0005，创业板）宣布，再与Trade House Atlantis有限公司签署合约，以总值25万1446美元（相等于109万395.58令吉）销售伺服器及硬件相关产品给后者。
缤纷多媒体向交易所报备，预计最迟会在8月15日前，交付有关产品给Trade House Atlantis。
上述合约预计会为缤纷多媒体及子公司，截至2017财年5月杪的每股净资产及每股盈利，带来正面贡献。
今年2月16日，缤纷多媒体获得Trade House Atlantis，颁发总值10万4000美元（相等于46万2800令吉）的合约，以销售伺服器及硬件相关产品。
预计缤纷多媒体会从收到预付款项日期算起的15天内，交付上述产品给Trade House Atlantis。
增250万俄罗斯合约
另外，缤纷多媒体也宣布，再与俄罗斯RKSS联营公司签署价值250万令吉的合约。
上述交易是在更多地点扩大服务范围，并将支援各种云端应用软件，包括流动健康云端及网络接入管理。
预计该公司将会在未来3个月交付产品。
作为世界最大的国家，俄罗斯也横跨了11个时区，流动健康对该国为人民来说很重要。
缤纷多媒体主席吴家义称：“我们进军俄罗斯的云端及流动健康产品与服务业务，获得不错的反响，因为俄罗斯RKSS联营公司又再与我们签约。”
两个月前，缤纷多媒体与俄罗斯RKSS联营公司签署价值超过400万令吉的合约；过去的3个月，缤纷多媒体从俄罗斯RKSS联营公司手中，共获得650万令吉的合约。【e南洋】

打造线上医院．开发智能医疗软体．缤纷多媒体拟私下配售筹资
（吉隆坡9日讯）缤纷多媒体（PALETTE，0005，创业板科技组）计划进行私下配售，用于打造“线上医院”以及开发人工智能医疗软体。
该公司主席兼董事经理吴家义接受《星洲财经》专访表示，目前市场对该公司的信心已经恢复，是适当时机筹募资金，作为公司拓展事业用途。
推广“云医疗”系统
他说：“目前公司正努力向本地医院推广‘云医疗’系统，让患有癌症以及心血管疾病的病人可以跨地看诊，这将是公司业务最主要的爆发力，私下配售所筹资金主要用于市场营销。”
不过，他透露，私下配售对象和具体比例未敲定，有消息会第一时间公布。
周四该公司最高一度扬3仙或6.52%至49仙，但尾盘遭套利，全天升2仙或4.35%，收在48仙，惟在业绩表现改善以及重磅级投资者加入该公司，年初至今该公司股价共扬升了7.9倍或47.4仙。
该公司截至2017年8月31日首季成功转亏为盈，从净亏51万令吉，转为净赚302万7000令吉。
该公司在10月也成功引进两位重磅级投资者，分别是MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）董事经理兼大股东拿督黄天顺以及私募基金创办人布拉马。
他表示，接下来公司最新发展会是数据化专家看诊经验，让经验较浅医生，也得以拥有专家视角，公司则按使用次数收费。
“举个例子说我们现在和一位心脏科权威合作，他的超音波图片判断力十分强，经验不足的医生可能无法判断，但他们可以透过上载相关图片，系统就会出现那位资深医生看诊结果。我们将按使用次数收费。”
俄罗斯业务显著成长
关于该公司在俄罗斯业务进展，他说，公司之前两个季度营收主要都是来自俄罗斯，原因是当地政府批准了线上医疗可以申领保险，这使公司当地业务出现显著成长。
询及该公司经营中国市场多年，但现在公司营业额主要来源，反而来自俄罗斯，他则说：“原因就是中国政府仍未开放线上医疗可以申领保险费，导致当地市场开发较为缓慢，一旦当地政府开放市场相信就会有显著成长。”
该公司未来会在大马大力推广“行动医疗中心”，透过与中美世界顶尖医生的合作，让位居偏乡的病人也有机会获得良好的医疗服务。
“线上医疗绝对会是未来大趋势，如果本地医院没有做好准备，将会面对如优步或GRAB颠覆计程车市场情况。”
吴家义继续解释：“我们提供病人的服务就是卖医生谘询服务，除了动手术外，基本上所有检查和追踪病情服务，该系统都可以提供。该系统的收费每年约于5000令吉至12万令吉不等，得视乎病人需要以及病情的严重性而定。”
公司易名待股东放行
他也表示，在来临股东大会上公司也将申请更换公司名字为UCrest，中文名字为联峰。
