营业额滑落拖累 Brahim首季净亏扩大至215万令吉

（吉隆坡25日讯）截至今年3月31日止首季（2018财年首季），Brahim's Holdings Bhd的净亏扩大至215万令吉或每股0.80仙，一年前为185万令吉或每股0.69仙。

现财年首季营业额按年减少3.7%至6870万令吉，上财年同季报7130万令吉。

在现财年首季，机上餐饮及相关服务营业额继续呈现按季和按年下降的趋势，营业额按年下跌275万令吉或4%，至6647万令吉，2017财年首季为6922万令吉。

该业务在现财年首季蒙亏103万令吉，上财年同期则获利231万令吉。

餐饮业务在2018财年首季仅获得1万9000令吉营业额，比上财年同期的21万令吉，按年狂泻91%或19万1000令吉，主要是表现不好的分行停止运作所致。

这导致该业务在现财年首季亏损35万8000令吉，上财年同期则亏损25万6000令吉。

物流及相关服务营业额则按年上涨13%或23万7000令吉，至206万令吉，上财年同季报182万令吉。仓库租赁率持稳，获利24万6000令吉，高于上财年首季的9万5000令吉。

展望未来，Brahim注意到，由于大马机场控股（Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd）提供的搭客量数据持续下降，因此机上餐饮及相关服务的前景仍然充满挑战，但预计将通过在其他国际机场服务和把业务多元化至非航空业务等其他渠道，看到一些复苏。

管理层仍在检讨餐饮业务，至于物流及相关服务业务，则有望维持生意量。同时，管理层打算扩大商业模式及运作，以精简成本架构。

Brahim’s次季净亏扩大

（吉隆坡30日讯）Brahim’s Holdings Bhd第二季净亏扩大，因机上餐饮和相关服务业务的业绩继续下降。

根据今日向大马交易所的报备，Brahim’s在截至6月杪次季净亏316万令吉，或每股1.18仙，大于上财年同期的202万令吉，或每股0.85仙；营业额从6953万令吉，跌7.4%至6442万令吉。

该集团表示，机上餐饮和相关服务业务蒙受427万令吉的营运亏损，同期则取得150万令吉的营运盈利。该业务的收入亦跌7%至6230万令吉，同期报6728万令吉。

疲弱的季度业绩，拖累该集团在2018财政年首半年累积的净亏损达531万令吉，相比同期的387万令吉；营业额从1亿4088万令吉，跌5.5%至1亿3309万令吉。

Brahim’s表示，机上餐饮及相关服务业务在第三季的前景料艰难。

“尽管如此，随着高层管理人员变动、设定和执行新方向和商业策略，该业务将出现复苏。”

该集团指出，将精简和合理化非航空业务，以反映该业务的重要性。

吉隆坡5日讯）最近被列为PN17公司的Brahim’s Holdings Bhd，正计划尽快脱离这一地位。

执行主席Datuk Seri Ibrahim Haji Ahamd表示，Brahim’s将与伙伴进行策略讨论，以检讨资本和商业架构，以期尽快符合上市条例。

不过，他今日在集团现状和未来计划的新闻发布会上，拒绝透露这些讨论的进展和细节。

由于股东权益低于25%的门槛，触发PN17第2.1(a)条文，该餐饮服务公司因而陷入PN17地位。

Ibrahim指出：“公司亦会在董事部和管理层评估后，推行各项关键举措，以推动营运改善和生产率提高。”

他说，Brahim’s将寻求与未来的主要顾问磋商，以在未来3个月内制定并提交重组计划，并在适当时候作出必要的宣布。

展望未来，Ibrahim强调，该集团的机上餐饮和相关服务业务仍将是核心业务。尽管如此，为了不过度依赖航空餐饮业务，Brahim’s将考虑将业务多元化，进军其他非航空餐饮业务。

尽管陷入PN17地位，Ibrahim保证一切如常。

休市时，该股平盘挂于10.5仙。年内从28仙，挫跌了62.5%。
