Description	Y&G CORPORATION BHD ("Y&G") PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF TWO (2) ADJACENT PARCELS OF FREEHOLD LAND HELD UNDER INDIVIDUAL TITLES H.S.(D) 13027 PTD 15945 AND GERAN 94407 LOT NO. 2523, BOTH LOCATED IN THE MUKIM OF PONTIAN, DISTRICT OF PONTIAN, STATE OF JOHOR, BY Y&G's WHOLLY-OWNED INDIRECT SUBSIDIARY, MELIA AKTIF SDN BHD ("MASB")
We refer to the announcements made on 26 August 2015, 23 September 2015, 4 July 2016, 26 August 2016, 27 September 2016, 1 December 2016, 17 February 2017, 27 March 2017, 11 April 2017 and 22 March 2018. The Board of Directors of Y&G wishes to announce that following the expiry of the last extended Conditional Period on 26 May 2018, the Conditions Precedent as stated in Clause 5.1 of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 26 August 2015 ("SPA") have not been fully complied with, and MASB has decided not to proceed further with the said SPA. Hence, MASB via its Solicitors has, on 14 June 2018, served the Vendors’ Solicitors a notice of its decision to exercise its right to discontinue with the purchase hereof and in terminating the said SPA summarily in pursuant to Clause 5.2 of the SPA (“the Termination Notice”). With the Termination Notice, the Vendors shall refund to MASB the Deposit of RM3,096,478.60 free from interest within fourteen (14) days from the said Notice, in exchange for all the documents stated in the aforesaid Clause, and upon the said exchange, the SPA shall thereafter become null and void in accordance with the provisions of the SPA. Further announcement on the material development of the above, if any, will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course. This announcement is dated 18 June 2018.

Y&G Corporation Bhd (“Y&G” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Duta Asiana Sdn Bhd (“DASB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 5 October 2021 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“the SPA”) with Asian Regal Holdings Sdn Bhd (“ARHSB”) for the acquisition of 9 pieces of freehold land (“the Land”) for a purchase consideration of RM14.5 million (“Purchase Consideration”) Please refer to the attachment for the details of this announcement. This announcement is dated 5 October 2021.
