吉打建筑获4030万合约

(吉隆坡29日讯)吉打建筑(BDB,6173,主板建筑股)独资子公司吉打Sato私人有限公司,获得吉打州政府颁发锡县水供(B配套)的供应及安装水管工程,总值4030万令吉。        

在这项计划下,该公司將负责供应及安装水管,衔接仁岭蓄水池至莪崙蓄水池及巴东伦武,以及杨桃岭蓄水池至甘榜武吉蓄水池,及相关工程。

这项工程的期限是78週,从2013年9月1日开始,至2015年2月28日止。

吉打Sato私人有限公司是一家A级的承包商,主要涉足工程及建筑活动。

而吉打州政府是吉打建筑的大股东,通过吉打州发展局(PKNK)持有吉打建筑54.49%的股权,吉打Sato私人有限公司则是吉打建筑的独资子公司。[东方日报财经]

哈茲依詹任吉打建築新董事經理

(吉隆坡7日訊)吉打建築(BDB,6173,主要板建築)宣布,委任哈茲依詹為公司新任董事經理,2月1日起生效。

他將向董事部和行政董事主席進行匯報,並從獨立非執行董事調任為非獨立執行董事。

哈茲依詹現年46歲,擔任大馬國家印刷有限公司(PNMB)董事經理兼總執行長。他在2010年2月起擔任此職務,由政府委任帶領國家印刷公司,轉型為先進和具競爭力商業企業。

同時,他也是大馬交易所(BURSA,1818,主要板金融)董事成員,及拉雅國際(RAYA,0080,創業板貿易股)獨立董事。

吉打建築主席拿督莫哈末沙阿德指出:“對此委任我們感到高興,相信吉打政府覓得合適人選。他將帶領公司更上一層樓,同時他也會專注在革新和管理曾發展。”

吉打建築 獲PR1MA同意購323排屋

(吉隆坡2日訊)吉打建築(BDB,6173,主要板建築)獲得一個大馬人民房屋計劃(PR1MA)機構發出意向書,收購323單位雙層排屋。

吉打建築是透過子公司DARULAMAN REALTY私人有限公司接獲此意向書,建議收購排屋,与吉打瓜拉吉底(KUALA KETIL)Insaniah大學學院永久校園毗鄰。

此項收購建議,料為吉打建築2014和2015財年盈利作正面貢獻。

吉打建筑380万售地

根据文告,独资子公司DarulamanRealty,在4月20日与TulangisMaju签署买卖协议。

該公司向馬證交所報備,子公司Bina& Kuari(吉打)私人有限公司接獲誌期5月22日的合約接納信,將為雙溪大年聯邦道路進行鋪路工程。

文告指出,是項分包合約總值945萬令吉,需在承包商獲得合約后,即5月28日的12個月內完成;該公司相信這項工程將為2014財年及2015財年帶來獲利。【中国报财经】

吉打建筑拟2亿买地

(亚罗士打14日讯)吉打建筑(BDB,6173,主板建筑股)建议以约2亿400万令吉,向吉打州发展局(PKNK)收购21段,合共约1200英亩的土地。

吉打建筑昨日与持有该公司55%股权的吉打州发展局签署暂定协议(HOA),收购合共约1200英亩(485公顷)的土地。

这项收购计划包括,浮罗交怡3段有期土地,以及古邦巴素一片、瓜拉慕达5段、波咯先那2段和居林10段的永久土地。

签署暂定协议的各方同意,将敲定支付收购价的方式和结构,这可能是现金、吉打建筑股票,或各方同意的现金加股票。

各方同意,尽最大努力在签署暂定协议的30天内,签署有条件最终协议。

这将吉打建筑在吉打的地库,提高至约2700英亩,符合公司增加产业发展地库目标。【南洋网财经】

扩展至其他地区 吉打建筑探讨新商机

(吉隆坡29日讯)吉打建筑(BDB,6173,主板建筑股)旗下多项计划带动,董事经理看好集团未来数年表现,并探讨扩展至其他地区,寻找更多机会。

吉打建筑董事经理拿督依占尤索夫接受《商业时报》专访时,提到集团未来数年将着手多项计划。

吉打建筑目前推行的数项计划,足以支撑集团业务今年增长8%。

集团去年净利报2110万令吉,营业额为2.81亿令吉。

“过去4年,吉打建筑的焦点一直是英莎尼雅回教大学(KUIN),但去年已竣工。该计划当时显著带动公司盈利。”

他说,如今,公司正推行其他计划,也探讨全新计划,料明年开始就可见成果。

针对产业业务,集团在Darul Aman城发展占地202.34公顷的Tengku Intan Safinas城镇计划。

上述计划分成多阶段发展,为期至少5年,发展总值高达5亿令吉。

集团另一住宅发展是临近KUIN的瓜拉吉底,预期明年竣工;末季则为双溪大年的60.7公顷住宅计划动工。

吉打建築 次季淨利大漲57%

(吉隆坡15日訊)房產與建築業務高淨利貢獻推動,吉打建築(BDB,6173,主要板建築)本財年截至6月底次季營業額按年成長18%至6003萬令吉,淨利漲57%至584萬令吉。

吉打建築向馬證交所發佈最新業績,本財年首半年營業額按年揚0.6%至1億2764萬令吉,淨利起3%至1102萬令吉。

該公司指出,房產業務因吉打瓜拉吉底(KUALA KETIL)和日得拉(JITRA)房產計劃的高銷量,營業額按年高漲36%至2640萬令吉。

建築業務營業額也錄得1680萬令吉的高紀錄,與去年同期相比增長了一倍,主要因目前的房屋和基建計劃推動。【中国报财经】

再推新发展项目 吉打建筑下半年业绩更佳

(吉隆坡4日讯)吉打建筑(BDB,6173,主板建筑股)董事经理拿督依占尤索夫预料,下半年业绩表现可媲美上半年增长率。

依占尤索夫在土地收购签约仪式上向媒体表示,吉打州的产业发展领域前景看俏,可负担房屋需求依然高企,有助推动产业发展业务增长。

“我们对产业发展领域前景相当有信心,接下来还会推出数项计划。下半年业绩将主要由产业发展业务所推动,我们有信心可取得犹如上半年的成绩。”

净利扬57%

虽然吉打建筑业务多元化,包括建筑、采矿、道路工程和旅游休闲,但产业发展业务是最大贡献者,目前贡献45%盈收。

截至6月杪次季,吉打建筑营业额和净利分别按年增18%和57%,报6000万令吉和584万令吉;上半年则分别增0.6%和3.08%,达1亿2760万令吉和1100万令吉。

出席签约仪式的高层,包括吉打建筑董事拿督莫哈末纳西尔、吉打州发展局总执行长拿督阿都拉曼和企业秘书高级经理阿末哈嘉兹。

逾2亿购467公顷地新股私配吉发展局

依占尤索夫今日与吉打州发展局(PKNK)达成并签署土地收购协议,以总值2亿200万令吉的现金和新股,向后者购入位于浮罗交怡、古邦巴素、瓜拉慕达、波咯先那和居林的多片土地,总面积达467公顷。

双方在7月中签署的暂定协议(HOA),当时是建议以约2亿400万令吉收购21片共485公顷的土地。

吉打建筑表示,随着该公司放弃收购其中一块土地后,收购价调整至2亿200万令吉。

每股2.50令吉

该公司将先支付1010万令吉的定金,私配总值1亿1530万令吉的4610万新股(每股发售价2.50令吉)给吉打州发展局,以及其他7660万令吉余额将通过发售附加股筹资。

完成收购后,原持有吉打建筑54.5%股权的吉打州发展局,持股权将增至67%,为公司单一最大股东。

吉打建筑的地库面积,也随之从现有的389.7公顷,增加至856.7公顷。

依占尤索夫表示:“上述土地的发展规划还很初步,无法现在就分享发展总值和潜在效益有多少。我们会依据土地位置做不同的发展,例如会在浮罗交怡做酒店、度假村、医疗疗养中心的规划。”

“整体来说,我们会较为专注在城镇住宅计划,且会偏向建立可负担价位的计划。”

发附加股筹9500万

根据文告,吉打建筑将发行附加股和送红股,从中筹资最多9500万令吉,但目前尚未确定发行量和定价。

筹资所得的7660万令吉将用于支付上述购地活动,1010万令吉补回已支付的定金,300万令吉为资本开销用途,以及另500万令吉用于附加股计划开支。【南洋网财经】

吉打建築 售屋予一馬人民房屋機構

(吉隆坡10日訊)吉打建築(BDB,6173,主要板建築)將以7200萬令吉,集體脫售323單位永久地契雙層排屋至一個大馬人民房屋機構(PR1MA)。

吉打建築出席媒體會時說,子公司Darulaman Realty 私人有限公司已經同意,把位于Insaniah花園的323單位雙層排屋,脫售給一個大馬人民房屋機構。

一個大馬人民房屋機構已被委任在全國主要中心城市,為中等收入群組建設負擔得起房屋。

據了解,在吉打州務大臣拿督斯里慕克里和一個大馬人民房屋機構主席拿督賈馬魯丁見證下,吉打建築將在明天與一個大馬人民房屋機構簽署買賣合約。
