Incorporated in 1990, CNA Group Ltd. ("CNA") is an award-winning Master Systems Integrator ("MSI") for integrated building and facilities management as well as a mechanical engineering solutions provider.

斯恩威(CNA Group)通过其越南子公司CNA-HTE Vietnam从位于胡志明市的新山一国际机场(Tan Son Nhat International Airport)赢得总值约1,060万元的合约，为该机场的内陆航班终站进行装修、提升和扩建工程。公司将为该两层楼高的终站提供机械、工程和排水方案，以及超低电压系统。项目也包含终站的提升工程，例如增添新的巴士终站、贵宾厅和翻新屋顶等等。这是CNA-HTE Vietnam所取得最大的机场机械、工程和排水项目，也是公司今年在东南亚的第二大机场项目。预期这个项目将在明年10月完成。

斯恩威赢得价值1,800万元的产业发展合约

斯恩威(CNA Group)同West East International(WEI)的合资公司WP Estate Company签署了协议，成为位于泰国曼谷南部是拉差(Sriracha)一个发展工程(占地3万8,316平方米)的工程、采购和建筑(EPC)承包商。合约价值约1,800万元，涉及总蓝图规划和基本设计；基建方面包括道路和排污水工程；建设商用和住宅建筑物；搭建预售办事处；以及提供项目管理服务。WEI是斯恩威在泰国的房地产合作伙伴，它在是拉差的项目正分阶段稳定地取得进展，它也已同意与斯恩威在泰国合作发展产业项目。

启示：赢得上述合约将把公司截至2013年6月30日的订单额推高至6,360万元，其中包括在较早前公布的越南机场项目。预期上述的泰国项目将在2014年12月完工，并料会对FY13和FY14的业绩带来正面影响。

CNA Group, the master system integrator, said it has signed a Letter of Award with WP Estate Co. appointing CNA as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor for a 38,316 square metres site situated at Sriracha, a city south of Bangkok, Thailand.

The $18 million project includes master planning and base design; infrastructure works including road and drainage works; building of commercial buildings with a built-up area of 2,400 square metres, low rise residential buildings with a built-up area of 8,000 square metres, and one unit of sales office; and project management services.

Michael Ong, CNA’s Group CEO and President, said: “The Sriracha Development not only allows us to leverage on our real estate partner, WEI’s expertise in property development, but also give us an opportunity to demonstrate our expertise in EPC, creating a win-win situation.”

The project will increase the group’s orderbook of $63.6 million as at 30 June 2013 to $92.2 million, inclusive of the Vietnam Airport win announced on 2 September 2013.

斯恩威取得价值超过900万元合约

斯恩威(CNA Group)从新加坡樟宜机场取得两份合约，包括一份安装新屋宇管理系统(BMS)定期合约及延长目前综合BMS的操作及全面维修合约。

新的安装项目是公司在2013年于区域取得的第4份与机场项目相关的合约。这份合约涉及提升现有在第2机场大楼及贵宾综合大楼的BMS，工程分为12期，预计在2015年3月26日完成。

此外，公司目前的维修合约将会延长4年直至2017年12月31日终止。

启示: 在取得这两份合约及包含过去3个月取得的其他合约，公司截至2013年9月30日的8,750万元订单将会增加至大约1亿零230万元。

厉害哦，你的报告是哪里找的，我找了几天都找不到。
没啦，只是我看他的项目都是15年和16年收割的，这两年是他的盈利年了，盈利足够还债有余了。
今年可能是上升的机会。
