（新加坡11日讯）商品交易商来宝集团（Noble）以10亿5000万美元（约43亿令吉），将子公司来宝美洲能源解决方案（NAES），脱售给卡尔宾企业（Calpine）来集资减债。

该公司昨日发布文告，脱售来宝美洲能源解决方案公司的代价为8亿美元（约33亿令吉）及一笔营运资金。

来宝说，按截至去年底的已审计账目，该笔营运资金估计为2亿4800万美元（约10.3亿令吉）。交易预计12月完成。

随着消息传出，来宝股价昨日应声飙涨，一度大涨9.4%。

因商品价格下跌、公司蒙受亏损、流动资金吃紧，来宝受种种负面因素冲击，冀望通过该项脱售活动帮助公司扭转厄运。

来宝联席总执行长威廉兰达（William Randall）和杰菲法斯（Jeff Frase）通过文告指出：“我们6月宣布了20亿美元（约83亿令吉）的集资计划，脱售NAES显著帮助完成这项计划。”

还说，完成该项脱售活动后，来宝会继续减少债务，同时为高回酬业务的增长机遇融资。
