你的单位要注明清楚， 1 unit =  1股，0.25 sen dividend per share = RM0.0025 dividend per unit，1000 units 就有RM2.50的股息。

（吉隆坡9日讯）JAG公司（JAG，0024，主板工业产品股）建议，私下配售高达1亿2671万2600股新股或占缴足资本10%，预计筹集2471万令吉。

文告指，假设每股发售价为19.5仙，该公司将筹集2471万令吉，用于偿还银行贷款、营运资本和私下配售活动相关开支。

JAG预计，该活动将会提振未来净利。

不过，随着股票数额增加，将会冲淡每股盈利。

文告指，该项私下配售，加上凭单获得全面转换，将会把股票数额从9亿4222万2387股，最多扩大至13亿9383万9258股。【南洋网财经】
