发股推高成本 JAG第三季转亏823万

（吉隆坡6日讯）JAG公司（JAG，0024，主板工业产品股）截至9月底第三季由盈转亏，亏损823万2000令吉，或每股亏损0.76仙。

上财年同季净赚171万5000令吉，或每股净利0.2仙。

营业额则按年萎缩34.8%，至2023万8000令吉，低于上财年同季的3104万2000令吉，主要是受到商品价格走低的影响。

该公司在文告中指，该季蒙亏归咎于股票发行计划（SIS）导致雇员成本增加，若排除这笔数额，公司仍可净赚85万1000万令吉。

累积首9个月，也转亏至661万4000令吉，上财年同期为净利529万6000令吉。

营业额则按年下挫40.75%，至6088万4000令吉。【南洋网财经】

The Board of Directors of JAG (“Board”) wishes to announce that JAG Land Sdn. Bhd. (“JAG Land”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JAG, had on 28 January 2016, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Chewway Heavy Machinery Sdn. Bhd. (“CHMSB” or “the Vendor”) (Company No. 721307-H) (the details of CHMSB are set out in Section 2.2 of this announcement), for the purpose of purchasing a parcel of freehold land held under H.S. （吉隆坡7日讯）JAG公司（JAG，0024，主板工业产品股）建议私下配售最高占10%缴足资本的新股，预计筹资高达1538万令吉。

根据文告，该公司将发出高达15亿3844万58股，或占10%缴足资本的新股，给董事、大股东、管理层和利益相关人士以外的投资者。

假设发售价为每股10仙，预计最多可筹资1538万令吉，当中的550万令吉，将用来收购一块巴生地皮，700万令吉偿还银行贷款，249万8000令吉作为营运资本，其余则支付相关开销。

《星报》引述JAG公司执行主席尼格尔黄（译音）谈话指，该公司已获得相关部门颁发有关该地皮的发展批准。

“这片工业地坐落在双溪毛糯，占地2英亩。我们有意在此地兴建工业厂房单位，并将采取‘先建后售’的模式。”

他认为，房产市场已接近谷底，现在正是进场的时刻，并表示适当时就会做出宣布。

另一方面，JAG公司近期也完成以987万令吉收购巴生3.33英亩的土地。

“我们有意发展该土地，根据预计数据显示，无论从营业额或净利角度来看，该土地都有发展潜能。我们只需获得相关部门批准，就可开始发展。”

他说，JAG公司期望通过房产业务提高盈利。

“尽管公司上两季因大宗商品不景气而蒙受亏损，但是财务上仍然强稳，现金流依然健康，负债率也保持在低水平。”

他补充，今年初大宗商品价格渐渐回升，预计公司核心的回收业务将好转。

“新购的电解冶金机器已投入运作，目前只能处理铜和银。但是我们将带入新科技，以处理其他金属。”【e南洋】

针对《星报》日前的报道，JAG公司通过文告澄清，上述收购仍在进行中，且未签署协议，因各方还在洽谈买卖条件的阶段。

该公司也说，如无意外，有关收购建议的合约，预料会在9月杪签署。

JAG wishes to clarify that the Company has the intention to undertake an acquisition of property (i.e., industrial lands located at Sungai Buloh) from the related parties of the Company in the near future (“Proposed Acquisition”). However, the Proposed Acquisition is still in the pipeline and no agreements have been entered into as the parties are still in the midst of negotiating the terms of the sale and purchase. （吉隆坡3日讯）JAG公司（JAG，0024，创业板）计划将业务多元化至产业发展和投资领域，以扩大营业额来源。

JAG公司今天发出文告，为了减少对现有核心业务的依赖，即再循环和废物处理业务，因此计划多元化业务。

执行董事拿督黄淼杰（译音）在文告中提到：“多元化业务至产业领域，能在确保公司扩大收入来源同时，也可能为公司取得替代现有收入来源的机会。”

巴生建店屋公寓

JAG公司在去年8月，以987万令吉收购巴生3.33英亩的土地。该公司建议，将在这块土地兴建综合发展项目，共分三个阶段发展，产品包括店屋、办公楼以及公寓项目。

JAG公司在文告指出，上述综合发展项目将于今年末季动工，发展总值为1亿5500万至1亿7000万令吉，发展盈利料达2000万至3500万令吉。

文告也透露，JAG公司将通过银行贷款以及内部集资，若有必要也将会筹资。

公司也补充，这项发展不会对2017财年的净资产和负债率有任何影响。

JAG公司现有的核心业务，是电子和工业废料进行再循环，处理对象包括铁金和非铁类物件，以及贵金属等。

除了建筑业，该公司在2015年也涉足洗衣服务供应业务，与Bubblelab洗衣服务有限公司，经营24小时营业洗衣店铺。【e南洋】
