Polaris Ltd. is a Singapore-based holding company with subsidiaries active in the distribution and retail of mobile phones, consumer electronics, and related services and accessories. These subsidiaries have extensive operations in Singapore, as well as business activities throughout the region in countries such as Myanmar.

Our business currently consists of four subsidiaries, of which three are wholly owned and one is a joint venture:

• Polaris Device Pte. Ltd. (wholly owned) is a regional mobile handset distributor
• Polaris Network Pte. Ltd. (wholly owned) is an Apple Premium Partner, Lenovo Business Partner, Sony Centre Operator and M1 Exclusive Distributor with a network of retail shops in Singapore
• Polaris Telecom Pte. Ltd. (wholly owned) is a SingTel Exclusive Distributor with a network of SingTel retail shops in Singapore offering mobile handsets and services
• Polaris KKC Holdings Pte. Ltd. (70%:30% joint venture between Polaris Ltd. and Koko Capital Ventures Ltd) operates a network of e-city retail shops in Myanmar offering mobile phones, tablet computers and related accessories
  

Although we adopted the name Polaris Ltd. only in 2013, our company has a lengthy history that stretches back to 1984, when we were founded as Vikay Industrial Pte. Ltd. The company was initially established to manufacture and market liquid crystal displays and other electronic products. However, our business has evolved over the years to take advantage of changing opportunities and today our focus is firmly on the distribution and retail of mobile phones and related consumer electronics.

We are a public company listed on the Singapore Exchange.
