(吉隆坡3日訊)征陽集團(SUNSURIA,3743,主要板房產)榮獲2017年“The Edge”10億令吉俱樂部企業大獎(Billion Ringgit Club Corporate Awards)的“3年內股東回酬最佳表現”金獎。

根據文告,該獎項旨在獎勵股東複合回酬率最高的公司,衡量3年內股價和股息增長,附加股、紅股、庫存股和股息分配。

征陽集團2017財年第3季的營業額報1億2270萬令吉;淨利更大漲3.7倍至3190萬令吉,亮眼表現反映了市場對該公司產品的熱烈迴響。

征阳终止联营脚车共享

2017年9月22日
(吉隆坡21日讯)征阳集团(SUNSURIA,3743,主板产业股)宣布,终止旗下子公司在征阳城(Sunsuria City)联营的社区脚踏车共享计划。

征阳集团向马交所报备,由旗下3家子公司,包括征阳城私人有限公司、征阳关私人有限公司和与Oride(M)私人有限公司联营的Sunsuria Oride私人有限公司的社区脚踏车计划,今日已在各方同意下正式终止。

另一方面,征阳集团也在寻找征阳城内脚踏车共享设施的其他代替方案。

征阳集团指出,该项联营计划的停止,不会对公司在截至9月30日2017财年的每股净利和净资产有任何影响。【e南洋】

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 18 August 2016 on the Proposed Joint Venture between Sunsuria City Sdn Bhd (“SCSB”), Sunsuria Gateway Sdn Bhd (“SGSB”) and Oride (M) Sdn Bhd (“Oride”) (hereinafter collective known as “the Parties”) via Sunsuria Oride Sdn Bhd (“JVCO”) for the proposed joint venture business (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as set out in the Announcement.

Sunsuria Group is presently looking at alternative approach in providing complementary bicycle sharing facilities in the development of Sunsuria City. In view of the foregoing,  the  Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to inform that SCSB, SGSB and Oride have mutually agreed to discontinue the proposed joint venture business effective 21 September 2017 and the Joint Venture and Shareholders Agreement dated 18 August 2017 shall be terminated accordingly on even date.

The discontinuation and mutual termination of the proposed joint venture business will not have any material effect on the earnings per share and net assets per share of Sunsuria for the financial year ending 30 September 2017.

下周与教育部商建征阳华小

(吉隆坡27日讯)征阳集团执行主席丹斯里戴良业说,该集团预计下周就与教育部商议兴建征阳华小的细节,包括兴建费用等。

他透露,教育部发出批文批准在旗舰发展项目征阳城增建的征阳华小,占地至少5英亩。

他告诉《南洋商报》说,“我们会尽快处理细节事项。”

询及该集团会全资,还是与政府以一对一方式兴建征阳华小,他说,这些尚需与政府进一步商议。

他说,该集团已有一组人员专司处理兴建征阳华小的事宜,详细情况若有定案将会发文告通知。

他在今天的文告中说,该集团获得政府批准以征阳冠名增建全新的华小,会好好珍惜与栽培这得来不易的华教幼苗,细心灌溉让它茁壮成长,成为后代遮荫纳凉的大树。

荣幸征阳城准建华小

他说,征阳集团获批文在征阳城内增建征阳华小,成为全马10所新建华小中的一员,深感荣幸,同时也感谢政府以实际行动推动与保证多源流教育的发展。

征阳华小是唯一没有采用先贤为名的新增华小、征阳集团是挂牌公司,国内极负盛名的发展商。其他以华裔先贤命名的华小为雪兰莪州依约的李莱生华小、龙溪的征阳华小和朱运兴华小、瓜拉冷岳的敦翁毓麟华小、本查阿南的敦林苍佑华小。

(吉隆坡22日讯)征阳集团(SUNSURIA,3743,主板产业股)截至9月30日末季,净利攀升23%至3020万3000令吉;营业额增长23.4%,报1亿825万5000令吉。

累计全年,净利激增1倍以上,达9074万8000令吉;营业额大起96.9%,报3亿9847万9000令吉。

征阳集团向交易所报备,当季营业额走高,归功于2017财年所推出两个楼盘的营业额贡献,分别是The Olive和Bell Suites。

The Olive、Bell Suites及其他已竣工项目的销售额,也推动了当季税前盈利走高37%至4679万令吉。

该公司表示,近期市场对住宅与商用产业供应过剩的担忧,对房市是个警惕信号。

尽管如此,征阳集团仍谨慎乐观看待,策略地段的房屋与产业投资需求依旧。

智能永续发展诱客

同时相信,该公司专注于智能、生活和永续发展的特点,将继续吸引现有客户及新买家。

征阳拟多元至建筑业
净利贡献可达25%

(吉隆坡17日讯)为了扩展业务版图及推动财务增长,产业发展商征阳集团(SUNSURIA,3743,主板产业股)建议,多元化现有业务至包括建筑和相关发展。

征阳集团今日向交易所报备,多元化业务至建筑和相关发展,能为集团贡献额外收入流,加强集团的盈利能力和前景。

该集团指出,去年4月26日,独资子公司Sunsuria Builders私人有限公司(简称SBSB),通过收购Sunsuria Asas私人有限公司(简称SASB)(前称Properspan Construction)的51%股权,进军建筑领域。

其余49%股权,则由Spanway Construction私人有限公司持有。

而在去年6月28日,SBSB与中信建设独资子公司Citicc国际投资有限公司(CITIC),联营成立Citic Sunsuria私人有限公司。

根据文告,目前SASB正在进行中的建筑项目价值达3亿7246万9000令吉,项目包括The Olive公寓、Bell Suites、Monet Springtime、Monet Garden及Monet Lily。

该集团称,通过SBSB和Citic Sunsuria,能让征阳集团利用策略伙伴过往的记录、工程专业知识、高度精巧技术和资源,执行建筑项目、探索额外业务机会,以及争取大规模的基建和产业项目。

DSB was incorporated on 22 January 2018 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2016 with an issued share capital of one (1) ordinary share. 征阳新山联营发展ION Akses

2018年2月20日
(吉隆坡18日讯)征阳集团(SUNSURIA,3743,主板产业股)宣布与一家租用柔佛新山土地的租户,联合发展在柔佛新山的“ION Akses商业中心”项目。

征阳集团在向交易所报备,独资子公司Library Mall 发展私人有限公司(简称“LM发展”),上周四与CI Medini私人有限公司(简称“CIM公司”)达成联合发展协议。

CIM公司是一家本地产业发展和投资公司,成立于2009年,前身为Platinum Solaris私人有限公司。

该协议中,LM发展将通过独资子公司Dreamsphere 私人有限公司,与CIM公司联合发展位于柔佛新山的“ION Akses商业中心”项目,完成6层楼高的商业产业。

该项目的土地面积为6.27亩,地主为Iskandar投资有限公司,CIM公司租用为期99年,另有30年延长期选择权。

发展总值1.87亿

这发展项目内有355间商业单位,发展总值达1亿8700万令吉,成本是1亿3500万令吉,税前盈利料为5200万令吉。

该项目在去年首季已经推出,并在明年次季竣工,目前建设进度达20.31%。

另外,协议中也保证,LM发展能够从这项目中获得20%的净销售营业额。

征阳集团相信,联营计划带来额外收益,同时增强目前的财务表现,为股东带来长远价值。

征阳首季净利飙96%

(吉隆坡26日讯)征阳集团(SUNSURIA,3743,主板产业股)在截至去年12月杪的2018财年首季,净利暴增96%,至2084万2000令吉或每股2.61仙。

征阳集团今天向交易所报备,2017财年同期的净利为1063万4000令吉或每股1.33仙。

营业额也从去年的6380万2000令吉,按年上升74%,至1亿1082万3000令吉。

该集团指,营收增加归功于数项产业在该季推出,如Bell Suites SOHO和Monet Lily项目,另加其他项目销售表现和发展进度良好,包括Forum 1、Suria Residence、Bell Avenue、Jasper Square和The Olive。

展望未来,征阳集团总执行长龚伟成在文告中指,该集团正寻求股东批准,将现有业务多元化至建筑和相关业务。

“从新业务得来的额外收入,将巩固公司未来收入和财务表现,且会提高股东价值,也为公司带来新的商机。”

另外,虽然国内房地产市场仍疲软,但该公司仍相信,市场对位于策略地点的产业需求仍存在,因此团队将持续推出创新产品,吸引现有和新卖家。【e南洋】

不排除未来派息.征阳保留现金供收购

(吉隆坡8日讯)征阳(SUNSURIA,3743,主板产业组)认为市场上仍有许多收购良机,因此有意保留银弹,以充做未来发展资金用途。

出席征阳股东大会的小股东向《星洲财经》表示,管理层表示,现阶段市场仍充满许多收购机会,因此该公司需保留现金,待业务更上轨道时,不排除会派息,但不设下任何时限。

该公司管理层表示,该公司目前正在与来自英国的国际学校洽谈合作计划,在征阳城设立相关学校,但不便透露太多详情。

有关未入账销售方面,管理层说,目前,未入账销售约5亿1000万令吉,而今年亦会推出多项产业项目,发展总值设定在11亿令吉。

“发展项目包括Moment Garden及Moment Meadow,发展总值分别为2亿2600万及3亿零200万令吉。”

管理层补充,截至2018财政年首季,征阳息营运盈利(PATAMI)从1063万令吉增加至2084万令吉,而净负债比则从0.13倍降低至0.05倍。

询及与中信建设有限公司(CITIC Construction)联营一事,管理层说,该联营公司手握约3亿令吉合约,且中信建设母公司曾完成鸟巢体育馆建筑工程,实力雄厚。

管理层认为,伙同中信建设可带来良好的发展机会。

Sunsuria Berhad ("Sunsuria" or "the Company") - Internal Reorganisation of Group Structure of Sunsuria and Its Subsidiaries ("Sunsuria Group" or "the Group")
The Board of Sunsuria wishes to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company has on 26 March 2018 acquired the entire issued shares of Sunsuria Education Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sunsuria Times Sdn Bhd) (“SESB”) from Sunsuria North Sdn Bhd (“SNSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company for a total cash consideration sum of RM200,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Thousand) only (“Internal Reorganisation”), details as set out in the table below:

We refer to the announcement dated 26 July 2017 in relation to the Proposed JV (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that the Proposed Land Acquisition has been completed and the registration of the transfer of the Land titles in favour of the Proposed JV, Sunsuria Genlin Development Sdn Bhd (‘Sunsuria Genlin”) was made on 14 March 2018. Sunsuria Genlin has on 30 April 2018 received the duly registered original document of the Land titles.
