联和服务公寓延迟竣工

(吉隆坡23日讯)联和机构(LIENHOE,3573,主板产业组)宣布与产业发展计划联营方AQRS公司签署附加协议,把柔佛地不佬两座楼高38层服务公寓的竣工日期挪后至2018年。

该公司透过文告说,配合上述变动,公司也将修正收取6175万令吉余款的时间表,最迟会在2019年8月28日前收完余款。

资料显示,联和机构是在2011年和AQRS公司联营发展上述产业,AQRS公司同意支付负责发展的联和机构不少于1亿1700万令吉,惟随产业延迟竣工,收款日期也挪后。

The Board of Directors of Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad wishes to announce that on 22 July 2016 its wholly owned subsidiary company, Pro-Meridian Sdn Bhd entered into a further supplemental agreement with AQRS The Building Company Sdn Bhd to extend the time for completion of the development of two blocks of 38-storey residential serviced apartment on the parcel of freehold land held under Geran No. 98274 for Lot No. 1845 in Mukim Tebrau, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor measuring approximately 5.43 acres to 31 December 2018 and to amend the schedule for payment of the balance of the minimum guaranteed amount of RM61,750,000, the details of which are as per the appendix attached herewith.

REVALUATION OF LAND AND BUILDINGS
The Board of Directors of  Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company has undertaken a revaluation exercise on the land and buildings (“the Properties”) owned by the Company and its subsidiaries (“Group”) pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, details of which are set out in the appendix attached herewith.

The revaluation exercise is undertaken to reflect the fair value of the Group’s Properties in compliance with Financial Reporting Standard 116: Property, Plant & Equipment.
The revaluation surplus of RM330,888,000 net of deferred tax will be incorporated into the unaudited interim financial statements of the Group as at 30 June 2016 and will result in an increase in the net assets per share of the Group by RM0.96 to RM1.63.

Copies of the valuation reports are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at 3rd Floor, Plaza Armada, Lot 6, Lorong Utara C, Section 52, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan during normal office hours for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.

联和1亿柔马赛卖地
所得供营运资本扩展


2017年7月15日
(吉隆坡14日讯)联和(LIENHOE,3573,主板产业股)建议以1亿53万7740令吉,脱售位于柔佛马赛,占地36.4英亩的空地予Plato资产(大马)私人有限公司。

联和向交易所报备,子公司Christine度假村私人有限公司,已与Plato资产(大马)私人有限公司签署买卖协议。

该土地位于柔佛马赛,是联和通过收购Christine度假村所得到,拥有永久地契。

联和指出,脱售土地所筹获的资金,9053万7740令吉将用于营运资本、业务扩展和新投资项目,剩下的1000万令吉则将支付脱售产业的开销。

根据该公司截至2016年杪的已审计财务报告,联和希望该项交易可改善公司负债率,从0.11倍下调至0.1倍,以增加公司总资产。

指柔佛产业联营违约
联和向家盟吉索偿5046万


2017年9月9日
(吉隆坡8日讯)联和(LIENHOE,3573,主板产业股)向家盟吉(GBGAQRS,5226,主板建筑股)子公司AQRS建筑公司,追讨5046万令吉欠款。

联和昨天向马交所报备,独资子公司Pro-Meridian以发出信函,要求对方支付5000万令吉的欠款,以及45万6954令吉的利息。

根据文告,因没有如期付款,AQRS已违背双方在2016年7月22日签订的合约。联和要求AQRS在收到信函后的14天内还清以上的欠款,否则之后会采取法律行动。

公司也指出,现在就拨备该批款项为亏损,仍是言之过早。

根据联和在2011年9月时向马交所报备的资料,双方当时协议共同发展柔佛州一项住宅产业项目。协议列明,AQRS需分批向联和缴交至少1亿1700万令吉,作为联营发展的报酬。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pro-Meridian Sdn Bhd, has served a Letter of Demand on AQRS The Building Company Sdn Bhd (“AQRS”) for the full payment of the outstanding sum of RM50,000,000 and accrued interest amounting to RM456,954.

It is also stated in the Letter of Demand that AQRS has defaulted on the agreed schedule of payment pursuant to the Further Supplemental Agreement dated 22 July 2016 and other agreements. AQRS is required to pay the said sum within 14 days from the date of the letter, failing which legal proceedings will be commenced for the recovery of the entire sum together with interest and cost.

The Directors of the Company are of the opinion that it is premature to consider making any impairment loss on other receivables in respect of this RM50,000,000.

This announcement is dated 7 September 2017 and is to be read in conjunction with the Company’s earlier announcements dated 30 September 2011, 10 April 2012 and 22 July 2016.
