永成统一联手UEM 竞标中枢大道工程

（吉隆坡27日讯）永成统一（WZSATU，7245，主板工业产品股）与UEM集团签署合作协议，联手竞标中枢大道工程（Central Spine Road）。

该公司向马交所报备，双方将合作，贡献各自的资源和专业知识，拟定大道工程初步建议书，以提呈给相关政府单位。

不过，永成统一指出，上述合作协议不会对公司2015财年带来盈利贡献。若成功获得中枢大道工程，将带动未来财务表现。

WZSATU 淨利或雙倍成長

（吉隆坡23日訊）WZSATU（WZSATU，7245，主要板工業）希望在截至8月底2015財年，淨利按年比較取得雙倍成長。

該公司在截至去年8月31日，16個月累積淨利達1168萬令吉。

WZSATU執行主席兼總執行長東姑烏吉爾估計，公司礦業業務將持續貢獻50%盈利。

此外，該公司在股東特大獲得批准，以610萬令吉將Weng Zheng營銷私人有限公司轉售給董事經理兼主要股東陳清棋。

東姑烏吉爾說：“隨著這項脫售活動，我們可取得2250萬令吉，包括跨公司貸款，因陳清棋會在收購公司后回退給WZSATU。”

他說，這筆錢將提供WZSATU便利，目前公司已有4000萬令吉現金，可進一步加強資產負債表。

至于Weng Zheng營銷主要進行貿易和生產各類鋼鐵產品。
