（吉隆坡30日讯）WZ Satu Bhd首季净利下挫94%，主要由于矿业及土木工程与建筑业务业绩疲软，以及联号公司蒙受亏损，抵销营业额走高的利好。

WZ Satu今日向大马交易所报备，截至去年11月杪2018财政年首季净利为49万7000令吉，或每股0.14仙，低于上财年同期的850万令吉，或每股2.48仙。

税前盈利报140万令吉，较同期的1030万令吉，挫890万令吉。

该公司指出，承担矿业联号公司的80万令吉亏损，同期则是270万令吉的盈利，而土木工程与建筑及油气业务的税前盈利分别跌350万和130万令吉。

“其余子公司也录得较低的税前盈利，报70万令吉，低于同期的130万令吉。”

首季营业额则增6%至1亿3816万令吉，相比同期的1亿3017万令吉，受助于油气业务的贡献提高，尽管这受到其他子公司收入下降的抵销。

展望未来，WZ Satu表示，将寻求油气业务的长期合约，预计该业务仍可为集团创造稳定的收入。

该集团也乐观看待，目前打压其矿业部门的彭亨关丹铝土矿开采禁令将很快被解除。

与此同时，总额达9亿3600万令吉的订单将确保该集团在未来的财年内保持忙碌。

激烈竞爭赚幅被侵蚀　永成壹预警业绩趋软

（吉隆坡30日讯）永成壹股份（WZSATU，7245，主板工业股）指出，鉴于建筑领域面临激烈竞爭，加上沉重的成本压力，该公司的赚幅料进一步被侵蚀，所以预计业绩表现趋软。

永成壹股份执行主席东姑拿督斯里乌兹指出，整体市场的前景依然艰难及挑战，尤其是隨著柔佛的炼油及石化综合发展项目（RAPID）及边佳兰综合中心（PIC）的工程接近尾声，该公司预期未来业绩会进一步走软。

他表示，RAPID项目是该公司油气工程业务的主要支撑点，但隨著工程竣工在即，加上PIC的工程已完成约84%，所以该业务缺乏激励因素。

「当前，我们比较关注油气领域的维修保养业务。」

该公司首席財务员陈登兴也表示，作为岸上油气支援服务供应者，油价走势对该公司的影响甚微。他们今天出席股东大会及股东特大后，如是表示。

永成壹股份今天获得股东的通过，以2280万令吉脱售旗下的WENG ZHENG贸易私人公司予大股东陈静心（译音），及以3送1比例派送红股。

乌兹指出，该公司目前正和政府洽谈的中枢大道（Central Spine Road）工程合约，尚未有任何定案，但正面看待公司可以取得工程的机率。

「这项工程肯定能惠及人民，加上我们和政府官联公司成为合作伙伴，同时也是彭亨本土企业，因此希望能成为我们的优势之一。」

永成壹股份和UEM集团合作竞投中枢大道合约，一般预期政府会分阶段颁发该项合约，每阶段的工程总值约20亿令吉。

目前，该公司持有9亿3600令吉的工程和建筑订单，料可支撑未来两年的营收。

竞標20亿项目

同时，永成壹股份也在竞標总值20亿令吉的工程和建筑项目，其中以基设工程佔多数，如东海岸铁道计划（ECRL）、淡江大道（DUKE）和西海岸大道（WCE）等。

乌兹称，永成壹股份料以分包商的形式参与ECRL，而分包商则必须遵守承包商的工程期限和成本等要求，加上许多大型建筑企业亦对此虎视眈眈，加剧激烈竞爭，预期会衝击公司的赚幅。

与此同时，隨著钢铁和原油价格攀升，以及劳工成本走高，使建筑领域首当其衝，而该公司却无法转嫁成本，因此陷入赚幅受侵蚀的局面。

他坦言，永成壹股份目前的工程和建筑业务赚幅约为6%，预计未来会进一步下跌。

他也表示，杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）邀请它以分包商形式参与双轨火车计划，但双方仍在探討阶段。

市场盛传，杨忠礼机构是金马士（Gemas）至新山双轨火车计划项目的主要贏家之一。

至于其矿业业务，他表示，隨著政府先后禁止彭亨关丹的开採铝土矿和铝土矿出口活动，因此其矿业业务从去年7月开始无法录得营收。

「我们也不知晓政府会在何时重新开放准证（AP）。」

首季净利重挫94%

永成壹股份今天傍晚公布2018財政年首季（截至去年11月30日止）净利重挫94.15%，至50万令吉，前期为850万令吉；营业额则按年上扬6.14%，至1亿3816万令吉，前期为1亿3017万令吉。【东方网财经】
