科技股晉上升週期‧科藝集團如何突圍

科技領域今年強勢崛起，無論是半導體還是電子產品，均高調重迎久違的熱鬧盛世，並因此崛起成為今年至今最受矚目的行業之一；見機行事的投資者們，自然不會放過這個良機，紛紛開始找尋主題投資機會。
有鑑於此，許多科技股股價均成功在今年大放異彩，尤其是涉足科技產品和零件製造的企業，如半導體股，不少更是從去年初的無人問津，晉升成當今炙手可熱的投資寵兒。
然而，《股海撈月》發現，投資者在追逐科技領域的上升週期時，通常都會把焦點集中在中下遊行業，忽略間接或直接受惠於相同價值鏈、兼具備投資潛能的企業。
本期《股海撈月》要與各位討論的，就是這樣的一家企業――科藝集團（KGB，0151，主板貿服組）。
中台新打下業務基礎
科藝集團成立於2000年，業務主要涉足超高純度（UHP）天然氣與化學產品傳輸系統，2009年在馬股創業板上市，並在2012年憑傑出業績表現轉到主板上市。
UHP傳輸系統，是協助特訂高科技領域管理高危或有害原料的系統，藉此保障安全性和生產回酬，在廣泛應用於微型電子設備製造領域的晶圓（wafer）、太陽能電板、液晶熒幕、触式屏幕等高科技產品的生產過程中，UHP傳輸系統均為極重要的一環。
自2002年首次進軍海外至今，科藝集團成功在新加坡、中國和台灣打下業務基礎，服務種類和領域也逐漸多元化，這樣的發展趨勢顯然提昇了該公司爭取新訂單的機會；結果是，科藝集團業務和訂單規模持續擴張，成長速度近來更明顯加快。
類似科藝集團這般的企業，業務表現往往根據經濟或領域週期波動；然而，儘管多數科技行業過去數年一直處於低迷狀態，惟科藝集團上市至今，除了2013年業績略遜外，其餘財政年業績和訂單一直都相對穩定，反映出該公司傑出的執行和競爭能力。
有鑑於此，隨著半導體和電子產品領域銷售表現在今年強勢復甦，相關價值鏈自然將同步受惠，科藝集團究竟能在這一次的上升週期中走得多遠，儼然已成為投資者關注的焦點之一。
1.9億訂單在手
未來2季業績有看頭
雖然2013年業績低迷，惟科藝集團並未就此一蹶不振；在訂單持續上揚的鼓勵下，該公司業績在2014年上半年強勢反彈，營業額和淨利分別按年猛漲106%和159.39%，再一次吸引投資者眼球。
截至今年6月30日止，科藝集團尚持有1億9千110萬令吉未執行訂單在手，相當於2013財政年營業額的1.63倍，盈利能見度清晰。
值得一提的是，科藝集團去年12月獲新加坡國際康慧企業旗下上海子公司頒發總值1億4千800萬令吉的UHP電子服務和醫療系統供應合約，預計10個月內完成執行，也就是今年10月。
然而，考量中國業務截至上半年僅帶入約4千萬令吉營業額，這顯示上述工作合約仍有近1億令吉價值將兌現在下半年業績內，短期業績或存有驚喜，投資者不妨多關注未來兩季業績。
按上週五每股47.5仙收盤價計算，科藝市值為1億零165萬令吉，仍低於許多各方面條件和表現均遠不如自己的低價股。
憑單已到價
母股較划算
至於科藝集團WA（KGB-WA，0151WA，憑單），交易所網站資料顯示其轉換價為50仙，屆滿期為2019年6月12日；按科藝集團WA上週五24.5仙收盤價計算，轉換溢價高達27仙或56.8%，加上憑單無權享有股息，且不會根據常規派息調整轉換價（母股股價則會因除權而回調），投資母股會是較划算的選擇。
大方回饋
派息政策至少25%
還有一點，也是對投資者來說極為重要的一點，就是科藝集團設有至少25%派息政策，業績好轉同時暗示更高派息額，亦有過兩次紅股紀錄，回饋股東作風極為大方。
觀察上市至今5個財政年的派息紀錄，科藝集團的派息率依序是25%、26.76%、35.81%、36.83%和50.5%，派息率持續上揚中；若類似派息作風持續下去，配合業績反彈，科藝的長期股東們相信可收穫不錯的股息回酬。
歷經兩次發紅股和一次免費憑單計劃後，科藝集團股本如今企於2億1千697萬股，每股面值10仙，處於適中水平，不至於對每股盈利造成過大稀釋，卻替股票提供舒適的流通量。
另外，科藝保留盈利如今仍高達2千717萬4千令吉，高於2千169萬7千令吉股本，理論上仍有能力派發紅股，但考量上一次紅股計劃剛在今年5月完成，加上公司股票已算是“低價股”，不太可能在短期內再發紅股。
證券行看好
淨利可達1千萬
這樣一家條件不俗的上市公司，自然免不了被分析員相中；目前，有給予科藝集團追蹤報道的本地證券行據知共有2家，分別是肯納格研究和艾畢斯證券研究，且2家證券行均給予科藝集團正面評價。
其中，艾畢斯證券在8月杪發佈的研究報告中說，科藝集團業績正醞釀強勢復甦，2014年料可取得857萬令吉淨利，2015年淨利則可望進一步攀升至1千零80萬令吉。
“據我們瞭解，科藝集團近期攫獲一項價值介於3千萬至3千500萬新元之間的醫院計劃的意向書（LOI），而且對邊佳蘭綜合石化中心（RAPID）工程虎視眈眈，另外，科藝集團也有望在下半年攫獲價值料約3千500萬令吉的台灣生物柴油工廠工程。”
肯納格研究則在今年5月時指出，雖然科藝集團負債比因融資重大工程而上揚至1.05倍，可是該公司卻會繼續維持至少25%派息政策，並保守估計科藝會在2014年派發每股2仙股息（艾畢斯同樣預期每股派息額2仙），約等於4.21%週息率。
另外，肯納格預測科藝全年營業額達2億1千400萬令吉，並寫下1千萬令吉淨利。
由於看好科藝盈利展望和科技業上升週期，肯納格給予科藝目標價68仙（相等於13倍預估本益比）和“短線買進”評級；艾畢斯則給予目標價55仙（11倍預估本益比）和“買進”評級。

券商買進心頭好．收益潛能大 科藝尚有25%揚升空間

最近股價走勢疲弱的科藝（KGB，0151，主要板貿服）具有很強的訂單，未來1年收益潛能大，我們看好該股具有25%上漲空間，給予“買入”評級。
科藝正進行最大型建設康慧產科中心服務工程（訂單值9900萬令吉）很大可能會拖延至明年底竣工，因為客戶要求提升和更改設計和布置，因此收入貢獻不會在今年實現。
我們因此下調科藝2014財年淨利預測至760萬令吉。
儘管如此，我們認為科藝在次季獲頒的合約（訂單價值介于2300萬至5000萬令吉），能抵消上述的不實現收入貢獻。
科藝目前訂單近2億令吉，包括為TTE工程設計UHP系統（總值800萬令吉），及獲頒來自油氣、種植等的各類合約（總值4800萬令吉）。
其中50%訂單估計能支撐科藝2015財年盈利。
我們得知，科藝已競標至少總數1億8500萬令吉工程合約，但該公司管理層看好能在今年末季，成功競標總值1億令吉的台灣生化柴油（Biodiesel）合約，儘管競標過程還沒獲敲定。
若以保守40%每股派息政策計算，股東料可在2015財年從中得到3.7%淨回酬率。
