（吉隆坡28日讯）元宙集团（OCNCASH，0049，创业版）以179万2494美元（574万令吉），购入位于印尼西爪哇省（Jawa Barat）的一片土地，以扩建生产线。

元宙集团是透过子公司PT.Oceancash Felts与PT.Puradelta LestariTbk签署买卖协议，有关献购将以内部资金缴付。

自进军印尼以来，该公司就以租借厂房方式营运，现有工厂空间已不能满足公司营运。

因此，这次土地献购是为了在明年建立第二条生产线和未来扩展。

以未来3至5年扩展计划为前提，该公司长期可达到节省租赁费用目的，有关献购预计在8月31日前完成。【南洋网财经】
