（吉隆坡14日讯）EWEIN（Ewein，7249，主板工业股）子公司--EweinZenith私人有限公司接获国內贸易、合作社及消费部信函，授予EweinZenith作为经济转型计划下入口点计划10-保健度假村发展商。

该公司提供给大马股票交易所的文告中指出，Ewein Zenith將发展名为「Wellness City of Dreams」，结合健康、康復、疗养、休閒、学习与娱乐的一站式保健度假城。

这项计划位於Bandar Tanjong Pinang的50英亩土地，而近期公佈总值8亿令吉的CityofDreams服务公寓，也是其中组成部份。这是檳城州政府授予ZenithBUCG財团私人有限公司，以作为建设总值63亿令吉的檳城海底隧道，以及3条绕过新关仔角项目的道路工程赔偿的110英亩填海土地的一部份。这项总面积达110英亩的发展计划，未来10年的发展总值料达250亿令吉。

在第10大马计划下，经济转型计划涵盖12个国家关键经济领域。相关计划是由首相署旗下表现管理和传递单位全面落实和推动的。

（吉隆坡25日讯）EWEIN（EWEIN，7249，主板工业产品股）积极多元化业务，放眼产业发展将成为核心业务，为净利和营业额带来80%贡献。

副主席兼董事经理拿督尤瑞庆向《星报》指出，发展总值8亿令吉的City OfDream计划，将在下半年正式展开，并从明年开始，在4年内捎来2亿令吉的税前盈利。

“同时，我们也被委任为国内贸易、合作社及消费事务部的启动计划10（EPP10）保健度假村发展商，在整体发展总值250亿令吉的项目中，分得一杯羹。”

City Of Dream是一栋面向大海的40层楼公寓，共有572个单位。

建保健度假城

而公司将为EPP10打造的，是名为“Wellness City Of Dreams”的一站式保健度假城。

这两项计划位于槟城丹绒槟榔城镇。

另外，市场也猜测EWEIN有望从槟城大型海底隧道建设合约中，获得取得部分地段作为回报。

根据早前资料，公司从负责该海底隧道计划的财团，即Zenith建设私人有限公司与中国铁建股分有限公司手中，取得计划的30%建筑工程，价值预估高达13亿令吉。

该计划协议指出，槟州政府将以州内110英亩的填土地段，来支付相关建设开销，因此，作为承包商的EWEIN，有望获得部分地皮。

目前，EWEIN的业务除了产业发展，也包括产业投资、精密模具制造和产品磨光等。

截至3月杪，公司净利激增6倍，从9万3000令吉，跃升至67万9000令吉，归功于产业投资业务的表现亮眼；同期营业额也微涨0.4%，至972万令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡13日讯）Ewein（Ewein，7249，主板工业股）宣布，子公司Ewein Zenith私人有限公司今日与Consortium ZenithBUCG私人有限公司（CZBUCG）签署谅解备忘录，以发展3片佔地约50英亩的永久地契地段。相关发展计划名为「Wellness City of Dreams」。

据该公司文告，Ewein Zenith已获得国內贸易、合作社及消费部作为经济转型计划下的入口点计划10的认可，以发展预期在2020年12月前全面营运的保健度假村（Wellness Resort）。

该保健度假村將涵盖保健广场、保健商业与专科中心、保健度假村与酒店，提供抗老化、美学和综合治疗等医疗服务。

目标今年杪面市 EWEIN槟城再推10 亿项目

（吉隆坡2日讯）EWEIN（EWEIN，7249，主板工业产品股）计划在年底前推出在槟城的第二项工程，总发展值为10亿令吉。

《The Edge》报道，EWEIN副主席兼董事经理拿督尤瑞庆表示，目前正为接下来的新项目落实合约，目标在今年杪底推介。

该公司计划在槟城丹绒槟榔（TanjungPinang）的4.4252亩土地上，发展3栋高级服务公寓，名为“City ofDreams2”，内共有891个住宅单位，总发展值10亿令吉。

EWEIN子公司Ewein Zenith，在今年6月获广告准证及发展商执照（APDL），发展丹绒槟榔的CoD项目，总额8亿令吉，料于2020年全面投运。

Ewein Zenith是EWEIN和ConsortiumZenith BUCG财团私人有限公司的联营公司，两者分别持有60%和40%股权。

另外，EWEIN预计，City of Dreams（简称“CoD”）一站式保健度假城项目，可从现财年开始贡献净利。

（吉隆坡23日讯）EWEIN（EWEIN，7249，主板产业股）预计，发展总值达8亿令吉的“City of Dreams”奢华产业项目，可在4年内贡献高达2亿令吉的税前盈利。

原本从事精密金属片组装业务的EWEIN，自2011年开始多元化业务，进军房产发展和建筑领域，并在今日转板至主要产业板交易。

副主席兼集团董事经理拿督尤瑞庆在文告中指出，放眼产业发展会成为未来核心业务，捎来80%以上的净利与营业额贡献。

“我们很高兴EWEIN已转型为一家房产公司，而转至产业组交易，除了能帮助公司与同行进行更具意义的对比，也可有效地吸引专注和追随房产领域投资者的目光。”

“展望未来，房产发展将是公司的核心业务，并将贡献80%以上的净利与营业额；而这方面最好的证明，就是我们在第三季推出的首个产业项目，所带来的盈利。”

（吉隆坡28日讯）EWEIN（EWEIN，7249，主板产业股）以1亿6200万令吉，在槟城丹绒槟榔买地，总面积约4.4252英亩。

根据文告，EWEIN子公司Ewein Zenith II（简称EZII），今天已与Zenith BUCG财团（简称CZBUCG）签署买卖协议。

值得注意的是，CZBUCG是一家获得槟州政府颁发总值63亿令吉，主要道路工程和槟城第三通道（隧道）工程的建筑公司。

作为费用支付，州政府同意转让上述地皮给CZBUCG。

而随着最新协议的签署，CZBUCG已同意将地皮卖给EZII。

近期内，EZII有意在地皮上开发项目，不过目前仍在初步阶段，要谈项目类型及规模言之过早。

收购将通过内部融资和银行贷款来完成，惟最终融资比例待定。

Ewein副主席兼董事经理拿督尤瑞庆通过文告表示，这计划符合公司增持地库，来扩大财源的目的，特别是房产发展业务的策略。

“由于地皮地理位置良好，是发展住宅和商业项目的成熟及黄金地段，相信可对集团未来发展起到关键作用。”

如无意外，这预计可在明年上半年完成。

收购建筑承包商 Ewein续多元化业务

（吉隆坡2日讯）大马交易所的Ewein有限公司(EWEIN，7249，产业组)，与Messrs 555资本私人有限公司签署协议，以288万令吉收购UD Piles私人有限公司的50%股权，该批股权相等于100万股面值1令吉的股票。

Ewein公司提呈给大马交易所的文告指出，UD Piles将是Ewein公司持有50%股权的子公司，收购计划是以现金支付，取自公司的内部资金作为融资。

UD Piles私人有限公司是一家建筑承包商，接手各项建筑承包工程，拥有500万令吉的股本，555资本则是一家投资控股公司，拥有5千万令吉的股本。

Ewein公司指出，鉴于UD Piles私人有限公司已经全面运作，收购UD Piles只是所需的交易资金，不需要额外财务承诺，同时也没有债务、包括应急债务，这些必须由Ewein公司承担。

Ewein公司补充：“上述收购计划给予公司在合理价格，拥有UD Piles私人有限公司的50%股权，同时，也配合公司展开业务多元化的发展策略。”

（吉隆坡15日讯）EWEIN（EWEIN，7249，主板產业股）宣布，持股60%的子公司--Ewein Zenith私人有限公司，与Consortium Zenith BUCG私人有限公司（CZBUCG）签署一项协议备忘录，以总值约28亿3140万令吉，收购后者位于檳城丹绒檳榔城（Bandar Tanjong Pinang）总面积50英亩的3块土地。

配合宣布上述企业活动，EWEIN股票在今早9时起暂停交易一个小时，直到10时復牌。该股昨日收报1.50令吉，今日復牌后，股价並未受此消息激励，全天下滑1仙或0.67%，以1.49令吉掛收，全天成交量达168万8900股。

该公司发文告指出，以每平方呎1300令吉的价格收购上述地皮，以总面积217万8000平方呎计算，总收购价为28亿3140万令吉。

建保健度假村

Ewein Zenith私人有限公司与CZBUCG早在去年8月签署一项谅解备忘录，以发展上述土地，相关发展计划名为「Wellness City of Dreams」，发展总值为138亿9000万令吉。该项发展计划包括一个保健度假村（Wellness Resort）。该保健度假村將涵盖疗养度假屋、退休和医疗保健套房、以及建设服务公寓等。

文告说，檳城房地產发展基金（PREDF）是这个发展项目的融资模式，而KAF投资银行公司（KAF Investment Bank Berhad）则被委任为设立此基金的顾问。

根据协议备忘录，Ewein Zenith只需付1415万7000令吉作为保证金。此款项將为纳为整体收购数额的一部份。余额预计由PREDF全额融资，料PREDF將包括本地和海外基金。

首个产业项目激励 EWEIN末季赚470万

（吉隆坡1日讯）首个产业发展项目表现良好，激励EWEIN（EWEIN，7249，主板产业股）截至去年12月底末季，净利大涨73.91%，至469万9000令吉，或相等每股2.23仙。

根据文告，去年同季的净利为270万2000令吉，或每股1.37仙。

营业额则飙涨238.31%，至3659万2000令吉，胜于去年同季的1081万6000令吉。

EWEIN的首项产业为梦想之城（City of Dreams），发展总值达8亿令吉，在去年末季开始动工，会根据完工阶段计入营业额。

全年净利翻2.9倍

全年方面，净利大涨289.53%，至1231万7000令吉；营业额报8607万令吉，录得92.81%的涨幅。

（吉隆坡3日讯）近期重返回教股榜单的EWEIN（EWEIN，7249，主板工业产品股），截至9月底第三季，净利按年萎缩56.6%，报278万7000令吉或每股净利1.26仙。

去年同季净利为641万5000令吉，或每股净利3.04仙。

由于产业发展和建筑领域的收入下跌，该公司第三季营业额，也从去年同季2921万2000令吉，减少8.6%至2669万令吉。

累计首3季，净利则按年上扬40.6%，录得1071万令吉；营业额为7637万令吉，年增54.3%。

据EWEIN文告，虽然投资控股和产业管理业务盈利按年增长12倍，但被产业发展和建筑，及制造业收益萎缩所抵消，拖累该季部分净利表现。【e南洋】
