Ewein末季转盈605万2019年3月2日


（吉隆坡1日讯）产业发展业务表现亮眼，带动Ewein（EWEIN，7249，主板工业股）2018财年末季转亏为盈，净赚605万1000令吉，或每股2.01仙。


该公司向交易所报备，上财年同季净亏654万1000令吉。
截至去年底末季，营业额从1748万5000令吉，按年猛涨1.5倍，录得4418万令吉。


Ewein指出，末季财报能取得如此亮眼表现，归功于稳健产业发展业务，因竣工产业卖出的单位增加，贡献公司盈利。
全年净利飙10倍
累积全年，该公司净利更是一飞冲天，按年狂飙近10倍，录得4201万4000令吉；上财年同期为385万4000令吉。营业额按年劲涨1.06倍，至2亿424万令吉。
Ewein董事经理拿督尤瑞庆对于公司能在房市挑战的一年，取得如此优异表现感到欣慰。
“这也是我们自2008年上市马股以来的最佳财报表现，归功于旗下项目绝佳地理位置与独特性。我们向来都致力了解与聆听买家需求，未来也将继续如此，建设最贴近市场需求的项目。”
他说，公司收个产业项目梦想之城（City of Dreams）获得市场热烈回响，多数已获本地买家购买。
“这个项目甚至还吸引来自新加坡、中国、印尼、欧洲、香港及台湾的海外买家，目前认购率已达80%。

（吉隆坡23日讯）归功于高产业销售，EWEIN公司（EWEIN,7249,主板产业组）截至2019年6月30日次季净利升43%至1663万8000令吉，连带拉动首半年多赚26.18%至2988万7000令吉。

次季营业额增47.78%至6361万3000令吉，首半年则增31.11%至1亿3045万3000令吉。

该公司在文告中说，次季产业发展营收增73.5%至5306万，使税前盈利走高42.65%至2154万；首半年营收增27.6%至1亿零825万令吉，促使税前盈利走高16.8%至4069万令吉。

次季制造业务营收减17.3%至890万令吉，惟基于某些产品赚益改善，税前盈利改善362%至97万令吉。首半年营收改善7%至1895万，税前盈利增377%至129万令吉。

产业投资税前净利走低，电子商务亏损收窄。

Further to the announcement made on 15 January 2016 (“Initial Announcement”) in relation to the Memorandum of Agreement between EZ with CZCSB. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Initial Announcement. The Board wishes to announce that EZ, a 89% owned subsidiary of Ewein Land Sdn. Bhd. which in turn a 100% owned subsidiary of Ewein, has on 14 September 2020 entered into a Termination Agreement with CZCSB to mutually terminate the MOA upon the terms and conditions of the Termination Agreement. EZ and CZCSB agree to terminate the MOA with effect from the date of the Termination Agreement, and the parties hereby agree that CZCSB shall refund the Earnest Deposit of Ringgit Malaysia Fourteen Million One Hundred and Fifty Seven Thousand (RM14,157,000.00) only paid by EZ free of interest upon execution of the Termination Agreement. The Termination Agreement is available for inspection at the registered office of Ewein at 51-13-A Menara BHL Bank, Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050 Penang during office hours from Monday to Friday for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement. Further to the announcements made on 2 December 2019 (“Initial Announcement”), 10 December 2019, 30 March 2020 and 13 April 2020 in relation to the above subject matter. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall  have the same meanings as defined in the Initial Announcement. The Board wishes to announce that EZII has on 1 July 2020 issued a notice of termination (“Notice”) to CZC informing CZC that EZII no longer intend to proceed with the Agreement and therefore served CZC a notice of termination pursuant to Section 3.2(ii) of the Agreement. The termination of the Agreement is due to Ewein has yet to be able to obtain the approval as stated under Section 3.1.1(ii) of the Agreement by the shareholders of Ewein, for the approval and authorization to enter into the Agreement and for the performance, execution and delivery of EZII’s covenants and obligations as contained in the Agreement, in an Extraordinary General Meeting which should have been convened within three (3) months from the date of the Agreement with an extension of one (1) month which was due on 31 March 2020. Pursuant to this termination, CZC shall refund EZII all monies which EZII has paid in accordance with the Agreement within sixty (60) business days from the date of the Notice.
