Consequent thereto, SJMU became wholly-owned subsidiary of SJSB, which in turn became a indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Acquisition does not have any material effect on the earnings and net tangible assets of the Company. Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors had resolved to recommend a single-tier final dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share of RM 1.00 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2015, subject to the Shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
