我今天刚去他的店问来。我满喜欢她们的服务。

I have bad experience wit Precious.I signed up a pagkage RM 4988 + RM 800 for my editing photos.
After choose my wedding photo on March'15 until now i still not yet get my balance photo frame.
Ms. Joelle informed me no stock and the frame not important at all.
My wedding still have another 2 more weeks and is at outstation.
I ask her how to solve this problem she said she dont know she cant do anythings.
Before made full payment their service is good but after full payment made they will ignore your request.
Some more their wedding gown is old and dirty and if you wanna choose the clean & so called designer wear (most of my friends wear the same gown) need to charge RM 1k & for dry wash for the lace gown additional RM200.
Is super ridiculous.
Now they open another new bridal shop call Marry merry next to precious only.
Super disappointed.

actually i heard from my frd who signed up precious, the feedback is bad as well. anyway,i went there before for a survey, n SA is very mean. maybe i told them my budget is not that high.

Ya la, i have few friends also complaint to me the same about their service.
Super not friendly at all and realistic.

nope i din sign up with them  signed up others. yea. very bad service. my frd ended up went for 2nd time photoshoot cz too bad result till cant choose any nice photos for her album. u signed up from them? |

Super regret the photo they edit like another person doesnt look like me at all.
My friend intro
Enya Mareine Wedding Gallery at SS2 also.Their service super good.

之前去fair 有问他们这家，但到最后我没签，他们的表情就歪了一下，好像不爽那样。
