億鋼控股獲5160萬合約 訂單增至6.27億

（吉隆坡31日訊）億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築）獲得Eco Meridian私人有限公司頒發價值5160萬令吉工程合約，以提供檳城酒店發展鑽孔打樁和地下工程。
該公司發布文告指出，上述工程主要為實達檳州國際會展中心（ SPICE）發展的453間房4星級酒店項目。
實達檳州國際會展中心是實達集團（SPSETIA，8664，主要板房產）與檳城市議會成立的公共與私人界合作，重建現有檳城室內體育館和水上運動中心，並增加世界級會議中心、酒店和零售單位，提升整體服務。
至于商業酒店是發展的最終項目，料在今年4月開始執行打樁和基礎工程，並在2017年6月竣工。
億鋼控股總執行長潘沙指出，這項合約顯示對公司的信心，而公司現有6億2700萬令吉訂單，可持續至2018年初。【中国报财经】

亿钢控股 新合约预测上修

亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板工业产品股）获得总值5160万令吉合约，为槟城酒店项目进行打桩和基地工程。
子公司Econpile（大马）有限公司，从Eco Meridian有限公司手中获得合约，负责Setia槟城国际会展中心（SPICE）项目里，拥有453间房的四星级酒店的打桩工程。
上述工程料在4月开工，于明年6月完成，将为2016至2017财年带来盈利贡献。
行家建议
随着最新的合约，亿钢控股手上的合约订单已达6.27亿令吉，可忙碌至2018年初。
2016财年至今，公司已获得3.65亿令吉新合约，超出我们3.20亿令吉的预测；我们相信，公司在本财年末季，将会取得更多合约，因此，将新合约预测上修至4亿令吉。
随着上修2016财年的新合约预测，公司2016至2017财年的盈利预测，也分别上修至9%至13%。不过，2017财年的新合约预测，仍然维持在4亿令吉。
亿钢控股近期的展望，包括了捷运第二路线的打桩工程，以及即将宣布的基建工程与产业发展项目，因此，可确保合约持续流入。

亿钢控股今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Econpile（马）私人有限公司（EMSB）接获由Prestij Permai私人有限公司颁布一项得标书，负责为该发展项目进行打桩和桩帽工程、挡土墙，以及其他底部结构工程。
“这份合约的期限为20个月，预计在2017年11月完工。”
亿钢控股表示，此合约为EMSB的主流业务，预计将为该集团截至2016年6月30日财年的营业额和盈利带来进账。
亿钢控股今日闭市时收高0.5仙或3.94%，收报于1.32令吉，市值达6亿9550万令吉。

目前，该集团手上未完成的订单总值约有6.82亿令吉，可让公司忙碌至2018年2月份。
自从2014年上市以来，亿钢控股的净赚幅已经从6.5%，大幅上涨至最新季度的15%。
行家建议
我们估计2016财年第四季，将会颁布更多工程合约，因此，我们将亿钢控股的订单总值目标，从4亿令吉提高至5亿令吉。
不过，我们预测，新订单至少要到2017财年才会显著贡献盈利。
至于2017财年的订单总值预测，我们估计有4.5亿令吉，但基于产业和基建领域的订单展望不一，因此，我们将净赚幅预测降低至13%。

（吉隆坡28日讯）现有项目进账额和营运效率提高，亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板工业产品股）截至3月杪第三季，净利按年扬43%至1789万令吉，或每股净利3.34仙，优于上财年同季的1251万1000令吉。
首季营业额则按年扬7%，从1亿1412万6000令吉，增加至1亿2206万6000令吉。
累计首9个月，净利按年增49.9%，至4896万令吉或每股净利9.15仙；营业额则按年扬2.6%至3亿3370万8000令吉。
此外，公司宣布每股派发2.5仙第二次中期股息，除权日及享有权益日，分别落在下月8日与10日。【南洋网财经】

此外，新合约也来的及时，因为公司几项工程将在下个月完成，届时产能将多出20%。
由于新合约的工作性质，我们估计赚幅必定优渥。
亿钢控股目前手中未完成订单高达7.8亿令吉，可支撑盈利至2018财年。

亿钢控股净利飙41.5%
2016年8月27日
（吉隆坡26日讯）亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日全年，净利和营业额分别增长41.5%和7.7%，取得历来最佳表现。
该公司全年净赚6597万9000令吉，相等于每股净利12.33仙，高于上财年同期的4661万2000令吉或每股8.71仙。
同时，营业额从4亿2898万令吉，按年攀升7.7%，至4亿6206万令吉。
亿钢控股在2016财年取得出色业绩，主要因为利好的工程组合，及持续投资在机械及改善资源管理，而提高营运效率。
至于末季净利按年增长22.1%，至1701万9000令吉，相等于每股净利3.18仙，上财年同季为1394万2000令吉或每股2.61仙；营业额则攀升23.6%，至1亿2835万令吉。
目前，该公司订单合约达6亿4100万令吉，大部分会在未来两年入账。
亿钢控股执行董事兼总执行长潘沙对2017财年展望感到正面，并表示集团已启动一系列长期项目，工程将长达未来2个财年，包括东巴生谷大道（EKVE）。

ECONBHD(5253)上市两年多ROI = 188.8%, FY2017展望正面。

ECONBHD(5253)上市只有两年多，但是它的市值已经超越了PTARAS, 成为马股Piling领域市值最高的建筑股。而且当初上市的价格是54仙，现在价格大约RM1.50, 加上累积6仙的股息，两年多的ROI大约是188.88%。而且公司手上还有大约6.5亿的合约，未来两年的盈利可见度非常高。上个星期交出了亮眼的业绩，以下是ECONBHD的一些分析。
- ECONBHD维持8个季度的神话终于终止，盈利终于做不到每个季度都在成长。这次的Net profit = 17.019 mil，比之前的17.89 mil少赚了RM871,000.
- 不过YOY还是进步了22%，营业额也是新高。不过Q4是FY2016唯一一个季度Net Profit Margin低于14%的季度，这个季度的比上个季度的14.66%足足低了1.40%。
- 公司的现金从59.263 mil下滑到43.636 mil，主要是因为派发了派发2.5 cent的股息,相当于13.375 mil.
- 而Total Borrowing从26.971 mil上升到30.866 mil，净现金12.77 mil。
- 以盈利的表现来看，Econbhd无疑是非常出色的。但是公司的Trade Receivable却从FY15Q1的156.561 mil上升到247.92 mil。营业额的增加代表着客户的欠账增加了，所以ECONBHD有大部分的现金被套在这里。
- 这是无数建筑公司都会面对的问题，当建筑合约越来越多的时候，公司需要买的机器也跟着增加。因此跟上市初期相比，ECONBHD的现金流是有所下滑的。
- 不过公司的Gearing ratio处于0.12 的健康水平，而且又是Net Cash公司。假设需要更多的资金，银行是非常乐意借贷给他们的。
虽然最新季度的Net Profit Margin有所下滑，但是全年还是比去年优秀的。
公司在营业额上涨的情况下盈利却下滑了，主要是因为部分的兼职工程以及临近尾声，所以进账比较少。此外，钢铁股的价格上涨也提高了ECONBHD的建筑成本，因此也拉低了Profit Margin。
所以股市是很公平的，钢铁公司会因为钢铁价格而获利，比如ANNJOO, CSCSTEEL, ENGTEX等。同时建筑领域的成本也会增加，这就是一个健康的循环。喜欢趋势的朋友就会从中找到商机，并且提前买进。
扣除这次的营业额，ECONBHD大约还有6.5亿的合约在手，公司可以继续忙碌到2017年底。而且大马陆续会有大型合约出炉，相信ECONBHD会是其中一位受益者。而且6月拿到的2亿合约会在FY2017开始贡献盈利，相信FY2017还是可以保持正面的成长。而AMBANK更是给出了RM1.90的Target Price，因此展望正面。

亿钢控股获2.8亿合约
为Maju控股房产打桩
2016年10月5日
（吉隆坡4日讯）亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板工业产品股）宣布，获颁一项打桩与地基工作项目，总值2亿8000万令吉。
根据文告，这项合约是由Maju控股私人有限公司旗下的ASM发展（吉隆坡）私人有限公司，颁发给亿钢控股旗下的Econpile（大马）私人有限公司。
该公司表示，这项综合发展项目位于吉隆坡新街场（Sungai Besi），涉及7栋58层楼高的高楼，当中包括LOFT公寓、零售和休闲设备。

（吉隆坡22日讯）亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板工业产品股）宣布获得阿末查基（AZRB，7078，主板建筑股）颁发捷运第二路线（MRT2）的分包合约，总值4350万令吉。
根据文告，子公司亿钢控股（马）有限公司在前日（20日）获阿末查基独资子公司Ahmad Zaki私人有限公司颁发合约，负责“V202”工程配套的钻孔桩工程。
这项合约为期24个月，预计可为公司截至明年6月杪财年贡献营业额和净利
Ahmad Zaki私人有限公司早前获得MRT2这项总值14亿3953万令吉的“V202”工程配套，兴建和完成柏锡亚兰达岗路（Persiaran Dagang）至增江（Jinjang）的高架桥导轨（viaduct guideways）与相关工程。 【e南洋】

（吉隆坡23日讯）亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板建筑股）截至9月杪首季，取得1644万5000令吉净利，或每股净利3.07仙，较上财年同季的1449万5000令吉，按年扬13.45%。
该公司向马交所报备，公司当季派息1.50仙，除权日与享有权益日，分别落在12月7日和12月9日。
首季营业额上涨12.86%，从上财年同季的1亿107万8000令吉，增加至1亿1408万令吉，主要由产业发展项目的打桩和基建工程推动。
展望未来，集团料2017年的营运表现仍具挑战，但有信心基建领域的打桩工程将持续增长。

亿钢获1.58亿SUKE合约

（吉隆坡28日讯）亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板建筑股）宣布，子公司获得Gabungan Strategik私人有限公司颁发价值1亿5827万2523令吉的合约。
根据文告，亿钢控股独资子公司Econpile（马）私人有限公司，与China Communication建筑（马）私人有限公司，于昨日（27日）接获来自Gabungan Strategik的得标信函。
Econpile与China Communication建筑，将执行吉隆坡新街场-淡江高架大道（SUKE）项目的基础工程，以及其他辅助工作。
根据招标前协议，Econpile与China Communication建筑的工作分配比重为40%及60%。
两家公司的合约总值为3亿8907万4445.70令吉，而Econpile获得其中的1亿5827万2523令吉的部分。
这项合约为期17个月，估计为2017财年的营业额和盈利带来正面贡献。【e南洋】
