莱佛士(Raffles)设计学院（ RCHEKL ） （前身为拉萨尔国际设计学院）成立于1994年，是莱佛士教育集团的一部分 - 亚太地区最大的私人教育集团。1990年成立我们在新加坡的第一所大学，现在已发展到在亚太地区12个国家经营34院校：澳大利亚，柬埔寨，中国，印度，印度尼西亚，马来西亚，蒙古，菲律宾，沙特阿拉伯，新加坡，斯里兰卡和泰国。

莱佛士(Raffles)高等设计学院坐落在城市的心脏地带，到马来西亚最著名的地标双子塔只需要5分钟的车程, 距安邦公园(Ampang Park)轻快铁（LRT）站仅几步之遥。

校园由三个建筑物, 包含拥有无线网络设备的讲堂，起草和缝纫室(使用格柏科技的服装设计技术与设备)，室内设计(使用最新的软件和材质)工作室，多媒体和图形设计专业的(使用Mac和PC, 最新的软件和摄影器材)工作室，珠宝首饰设计工作室，提供电子图书馆职称资源中心(拥有超过10,000题材)和自助餐厅。

服装设计
服装设计的教学重点是通过探索性和实验性的计划项目，培养学员们对时尚设计的深入了解。当然，需要学生学习设计，商业，人文环境直到最终的生产。以上的学习方式为学员们提供了一个以技术应用能力和创意相结合的专业知识，以让学员们有能力在这高速且多变化的行业里立足
