Theta Edge：攫取项目、拟私配和董事部变动促UMA

（吉隆坡1日讯）朝圣基金局（Lembaga Tabung Haji）子公司Theta Edge Bhd今日指出，该公司一直在积极攫取项目，而目前正在商议、评估和待决定。

这家资讯通讯科技（ICT）服务供应商补充，该公司一直在考虑进行私下配售活动。

Theta 回复大马交易所的不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询时表示：“与潜在投资者进行了初步讨论。但目前没有任何事项被确定或具体化。”

由于近期股价大涨，马交所昨日向蒙亏的Theta发出UMA质询。

该股昨日涨达46.7%，至盘中最高的67.5仙，终场升11仙或23.91%，收于57仙，为今年5月21日以来的最高收盘位。

该公司指出：“如果获颁项目，将按照主板上市条例作出必要公告。”

Theta还表示，另一个可能促使股价近期上涨的原因是随着主席Tan Sri Hashim Meon于10月31日宣布辞职，可能出现董事部变动。

“委任新主席的公告将适时公布。”

该股在52周内于25仙至68仙区间交易。闭市时，报60仙，起3仙或5.26%，共467万4300股易手。市值为6434万令吉。

股价涨停被质询
豪华集团洽售股权联营

（吉隆坡16日讯）豪华集团（HOOVER，7010，主板产业股）近期股价暴涨，今天更劲升30仙或48.39%，触及涨停板水平，而遭交易所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询。

豪华集团在回复交易所时指出，在向董事、大股东及相关人士查询后，有数方人士接洽大股东和特定董事表示有兴趣收购公司大批股权，及与公司针对特定商业机会探讨联营。

不过，目前这项与各方进行的洽谈仍处于初期阶段，并无达成协议。

该公司指出，除了这些，对于其他可推高股价的因素毫不知情。

该股今天以61.5仙开盘，之后获得买盘动力扶持而一路走高，更在中午冲上92仙，劲升30仙或48.39%，触及涨停板水平，且挤进五大上升股排名。

在短短三个交易日内，该股飙涨49仙或1.14倍！

豪华集团一向交投淡静，成交量最多达数万股，但昨日却大增至77万2600股，而今天进一步增加至598万8300股。【e南洋】

可人儿一个月翻倍遭质询

（吉隆坡4日讯）从事女性贴身服装直销业务的可人儿（CAELY，7154，主板消费产品股），因近期股价暴涨，今天遭交易所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询。

不过，截至截稿时间为止，该公司还未回应交易所质询。

可人儿股票在过去很长一段时间内交投淡静，但自去年12月开始，交投突然活跃，当中有数天的成交量更是突破1000万股，远远高于淡静时期的数十万股水平。

股价也从11月杪的40仙，暴增一倍至12月最高86仙，增幅达1.15倍或46仙。

可人儿今天更触及涨停水平，激增30仙或38.46%，收报1.08令吉，除了登上今天全场第5大上升股，更创下自2005年2月17日新高，单日成交量高达1829万1800股。【e南洋】

交投活络引起UMA质询 Pansar回应不知情

（吉隆坡19日讯）除了正在落实“一些合约”之外，Pansar Bhd不确定造成股票在上周四（2月15日）交投活络的原因。

上周五，该股半天交易量达512万股，比其200天平均股票交易量（34万9761股）超出14倍，并创下80仙15年股价新高记录，引起大马交易所发出不寻常市场活动（UMA）质询。

该股当天以79仙挂收，扬3仙。

该公司今日在回复马交所质询的文告中表示：“目前，Pansar正处于招标、讨论、谈判和评估一些合约（公司尚未收到决标信）的阶段。”

“当Pansar获颁项目后，将会根据主板上市条例适时公布。”

该公司在2月13日透露，打算通过私下配售活动筹集1176万令吉，每股发售价为42.7仙，用来兴建新厂房、扩充现有厂房及购买交通工具，以拓展业务版图。该公司是东马JCB品牌的建筑器材独家经销商。

無故飆至漲停板 東洋油墨回應不知情

（吉隆坡22日訊）東洋油墨（TOYOINK，7173，主要板工業）股價瘋飆30仙漲停板水平，刷新5年最高紀錄，遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢；該公司對此回應表示不知情。

東洋油墨今日漲勢勇猛，以84仙迎市，起6仙；該股早盤一度漲30仙或38%至1.08令吉全日最高點，為5年來最高價位。

該股以1.02令吉掛休，漲幅為24仙，半日共有461萬6500股易手；閉市時，東洋油墨報1.01令吉，起23仙，為10大上升股，成交量586萬2000股。

同時，憑單東洋油墨-WA閉市亦收報10仙，起9.5仙，以1億4167萬7000股的交投量，穩居10大熱門股榜亞軍位置。

東洋油墨自2月9日起股價節節攀高，迄今已漲98%。由于股價無故飆高，遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”質詢。該公司稍晚回應稱，在向董事和主要股東作出諮詢后，近期公司未有或導致股價走高的企業發展或市場傳言消息，同時也符合大馬交易所9.03上市條例。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡13日讯）爱尔德斯（IRETEX，7183，主板工业产品股）近期价量暴涨，遭马交所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询，惟该公司回复时称，不清楚当中原因。

该股昨日闭市时收报20仙。今早开市后，一度暴涨近42%至全日最高位29仙；闭市报26.5仙，全日大涨32.5%或6.5仙。

交投方面，爱尔德斯今日登全场第7热门股，成交量达4125万7700股。

该公司稍晚回应质询时指出，向董事和大股东查询后，没有发现可刺激股价的企业动向，及市场传言或报告，也没有任何可解释股票价量起升的原因。

爱尔德斯去年3月传出董事纠纷。当时该公司接获新加坡大股东致函，要求召开股东特大并罢黜5名董事，曾引起市场关注。【e南洋】

数码系统不知股价上涨原因

（吉隆坡14日讯）过去两个交易日股价翻倍而遭大马交易所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询的数码系统（Edaran Bhd）回应说，并不知道任何可促使近期股价和成交量大涨的企业发展。

数码系统表示，没有任何与公司业务相关及仍未公布的事务，包括正在洽谈或协商的企业发展，可促成股价异动。

“董事们并不知道任何有关集团业务或事务的传言或报道，以及其他因素可导致UMA。”

数码系统指出，正在不断追求和鉴定日常业务中的新商机，一旦签订任何协议，将根据上市条例立即发布公告。

该股今早一度飙升12仙或16.8%，至83.5仙，终场收于76仙的4个月高位，扬4.5仙。

突如其来的交投兴趣，推高该股的成交量至3464万股，相比200天平均的102万股。

上周五，该股小幅升至45.5仙，共169万股易手。周一则激增至74.5仙，交投量放大至4736万股。

股价连飆2天　华达接UMA

（吉隆坡27日讯）股价连续两个交易日飆涨的华达控股（WATTA，7226，主板工业股），在今天早盘休市时接到大马交易所发出的不寻常交易活动（UMA）询问。

向来交投淡静、乏人问津的华达控股，其股价在上週五（24日）飆升14仙或38.89%，至50仙之后，今天开盘延续上周的上涨势头，盘中暴涨24.5仙或49%，至74.5仙全天最高价位。

隨著接获UMA，该股在午盘收窄涨幅，但是全天仍急涨15.5仙或31%，至65.5仙，是全场第12大上升股，成交量为685万5800股。

华达控股的业务涉及製造和销售汽车电池，同时也是LG电子在本地的手机经销商，以及该公司也经营手机维修中心。不过， 该公司已结束汽车电池业务。

该公司于8月16日宣布2018財政年次季（截至6月30日止）业绩，其净亏损收窄至32万8000令吉，前期净亏47万令吉；营收则按年暴跌52.3%，至383万令吉，因为汽车电池销售下跌，这归因于该公司已结束该项业务。

上半年而言，该公司的营收和净亏分別是860万令吉和65万7000令吉。由于去年將结账日从9月30日改为12月31日，所以其首6个月累积业绩没有按年比较数据。【东方网财经】

Query Letter Contents	We draw your attention to the sharp rise in price of your Company’s shares recently (“trading activity”). In light of the above and in order for investors to be able to make informed investment decisions, you are requested to respond, after making due enquiry with your directors, major shareholders and such other relevant persons, to the following queries immediately for public release in accordance with paragraph 9.11 of Listing Requirements: 1. Whether there is any corporate development relating to your Group’s business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including status of the corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment decisions; 2. Whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity and in this respect, you are required to comply with Paragraphs 9.09 and 9.10 of Bursa Securities LR; 3. Whether you are aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity; and 4. We refer to your letter dated 27 August 2018 (IQL-27082018-00001) from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) regarding the sharp rise in price of Watta’s shares (“Trading Activity”). The Board of Directors of Watta (“Board”) wishes to respond to the following queries raised by Bursa Securities in accordance with Paragraph 9.11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“LR”), after making due enquiries with its Directors, Major Shareholders and such other relevant persons:- 1.      Whether there is any corporate development relating to your Group’s business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including status of the corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment decisions. The Company is not aware of any corporate development relating to Watta and its subsidiaries (“Watta Group”) business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the unusual market activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion. 2.      Whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity and in this respect, you are required to comply with Paragraphs 9.09 and 9.10 of Bursa Securities LR.
