有谁知道MSC的ICON3吗？

MSC 去年7月 launched 了 ICON3，我看了简介之后就想申请ICONapps这个program，从去年7月开始我就一直有留意MSC的网站，但到现在都还没有看到有application open for ICONapps……请问这里有谁知道这个ICONapps要怎样申请吗？还是我看漏了，其实ICONapps在我没注意到时就open for application,然后在我还没意识到时就已经结束了……？

Kindly note that the ICON3 program, consist of:



1.    ICONapps: A training oriented programme that is primarily catered for aspiring developers, where a new app has to record at least one sale on the app store.



2.    ICONdap: Aimed at multi-skilled teams of developers in order to build world class apps, ICONdap aims to produce more quality apps in enterprise-wide SME solutions, hardware integration apps and cloud enabled apps. (pls note: application cycle will open from 1st Dec – 31st Dec 2013)

其实我有去参加它们的program，这个是简短的mdec的mail回复。希望你看了会明白。
