在行程一个月收到旅行社的EMAIL如下：-

请问可以去那里投诉或询问？

有看到之前有关LOHAS PREMIUM的贴还打过电话去问，LOHAS SIGNATURE的人还回答说只是香港和澳门的团有问题。

谁知道要去的一个月前，尽然CANCEL KAPALAI的TRIP

Hi , I also facing the problem , the joan had sent me a form at September to proceed refund.

But until today i also haven't get it , and i try to call but unable to contact them.

Any updated for your side ?
