Tan Sri Datuk Dr Rebecca Fatima Sta. Maria, began her career in the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1981 and served in various capacities in the then Ministry of Trade and Industry. In the course of her civil service career, she had a brief stint as the Chief Administration and Procurement Officer of the ASEAN Plant Quarantine and Training Centre, and contributed to human capital development at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN). She retired as the Secretary-General of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry ("MITI Sec-Gen") on 2 July 2016. As MITI Sec-Gen, a post she was appointed to in December 2010, she provided oversight for the formulation and implementation of Malaysia's international trade policies and positions. This involved Malaysia's participation in bilateral, regional (ASEAN, APEC, OIC) and multilateral fora (World Trade Organisation), as well as bilateral and regional trade negotiations.  On the regional front, she played a key role in ASEAN economic integration and chaired the ASEAN Senior Economic Officials Meeting as well as the ASEAN High Level Task Force for Economic Integration.  In the academic field, in April 2000, she was awarded the Malcolm Knowles Award for the best PhD dissertation in 2000 in the field of Human Resource Development by the American Academy of Human Resource Development.  She was also awarded "Professional Achievement Awards by School of Education, University of Georgia (2013)". She serves on the Board of Trustees of MyKasih Foundation, an non-governmental organisation that focuses on alleviating urban poverty, a Council Member of the Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (IDEAS) and also a Director of RHB Bank Berhad.

双威建筑获2.68亿合约

(吉隆坡22日讯)双威建筑(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑股)获得一项总值2亿6800万令吉的合约,为吉隆坡国际学校发展计划,进行主要建设工程。

根据文告,双威建筑旗下的双威建筑私人有限公司从The Society For The International School of Kuala Lumpur获得该项合约,该项发展计划位于吉隆坡安邦溪流路。

The Board of Directors of SunCon is pleased to announce that Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (“SCSB”), a subsidiary of SunCon, has on 22 August 2016, accepted the Letter of Award issued by The Society For The International School of Kuala Lumpur in relation to the main building works for the proposed development of the International School of Kuala Lumpur on land held under Lot 12326, Lot 12327 and part of “Smart Tunnel” land reserve, Jalan Ampang Hilir, Mukim Ampang, Wilayah Kuala Lumpur for a total contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred and Sixty Eight Million (RM268,000,000) only excluding goods and services tax (“Project”).

The Project shall have a contract period of 22 months. The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of SunCon Group from the financial year ending 31 December 2016 onwards.

Upon the award of the Project, SunCon's outstanding order book as at to-date, amounts to RM4.9 billion.

The Project is subject to normal construction risk of materials price fluctuation. However, with the past experiences and expertise of SCSB in construction projects, this risk could be mitigated.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of SunCon or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the Project.

双威建筑次季净利营收齐跌

(吉隆坡25日讯)建筑业务贡献减少,导致双威建筑集团(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑股)2016財政年次季(截至6月30日止)净利和营业额齐跌,其净利按年下滑17.28%,至3127万令吉;营业额也按年走跌13.98%,至4亿3029万令吉。

双威建筑集团2016財政年上半年净利从去年同期的7216万令吉,减少16.41%,至6032万令吉;营业额为8亿5464万令吉,按年下滑14.22%。

年初至今,该公司新订单为24亿令吉,推高持有订单总值至49亿令吉。【东方网财经】

目标价:1.55令吉

最新进展

双威建筑(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑股)至今已累计24亿令吉合约,离全年25亿令吉的目标不远,预计在年秒之前,还可获得5亿至6亿令吉的合约。

该公司明年建筑订单目标为20亿令吉。

此外,由于预制组件(precast)价格下跌、竞争激烈,加上新加坡建屋发展局(HDB)租屋减少推介项目,管理层预计,预制组件业务订单会降至每年2亿令吉。

行家建议

轻快铁三号路线和泛婆罗洲大道沙巴工程合约,可能在明年颁发,因此,我们认为双威建筑20亿令吉建筑合约目标合理,此外 ,该公司也积极争取母公司的内部合约。

双威建筑手握订单为49亿令吉,可支撑盈利增长至2018年。

明年会有更多隆新高铁的消息流出,惠及众大马承包商。该公司认为有潜能参加混凝土桩承包工程,本身也拥有高架铁路建筑经验。

基于隆新高铁工程大部分与土木基建有关,我们认为,双威建筑获得合约的机会不错。

我们维持财测,“守住”评级和1.55令吉的目标价也不变。

双威建筑获2.09亿合约

(吉隆坡26日讯)双威建筑集团(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑股)宣佈,旗下子公司--双威建筑私人有限公司(SCSB)分別获得MMCGamuda KVMRT私人有限公司(PDP SSP)颁发5252万令吉的合约工程;同时,也接获双威伊斯干达私人有限公司发价值1亿5650万令吉的工程意愿书。

文告指出,双威建筑私人有限公司贏取MMCGamudaKVMRT颁发的合约,公司將负责第2捷运(MRT2)-双溪毛糯-沙登-布城(SSP)工程的高架桥轨道,总值5252万令吉,预计于2017年9月完工。

另外,双威(SUNWAY,5211,主板產业股)旗下的双威伊斯干达私人有限公司颁发內部工程予双威建筑,即于柔佛建造88个总值5650万令吉的店屋单位与其他设施,预计將於2018年4月竣工。

此外,双威建筑也將负责在依斯干达区建造一座商业发展项目的土方及主楼工程,合约价值1亿令吉,预计2017年10月完工。

(a) Letter of instruction issued by MMC Gamuda KVMRT (PDP SSP) Sdn Bhd for the:

  • Advance Works Construction of Viaduct Guideway and Other Associated Works between Kampung Muhibbah to Serdang Raya – Pier Foundation from SGB 17 to SGB 35 and other Associated Works adjacent to Lot 36190 in relation to the Project Mass Rapid Transit Laluan 2: Sungai Buloh – Serdang – Putrajaya (SSP), Package V201: Construction and Completion of Viaduct Guideway and Other Associated Works from Sungai Buloh to Persiaran Dagang, for a total contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Two Million Five Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Five and Sen Twenty (RM52,517,345.20) only (“MRT Advance Works”). The MRT Advance Works shall be completed by September 2017.

(b) Letters of intent issued by Sunway Iskandar Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sunway Berhad ("Sunway"), which in turn is SunCon’s holding company, for the following projects (collectively referred to as the “In-House Projects”):

  • Construction of 88 Units of Office Shop Lots, 1 Block of Management Office and Mosque, 1 Block of Garbage Storage, 2 TNB Substations (Double Chamber) and relevant facilities on the land held under Lot PTD 200672, Medini Zon F24 Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, for a contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Six Million and Five Hundred Thousand (RM56,500,000.00) only over a 20-month construction period utilizing precast. The project shall commence on 1 October 2016 and be completed on 30 April 2018; and
  • Earthworks & Main Building Works for the Design and Build of the Proposed Commercial Development for Plot F19 & F20 Sunway Iskandar on the land held under PTD 200695 & 200696, Medini Zone F, Medini Iskandar Malaysia, Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, for a contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Million (RM100,000,000.00) only over a period of 13 months. The project shall commence on 1 October 2016 and be completed by 30 October 2017.

(The MRT Advance Works and the In-House Projects are collectively referred to as the “Projects”)

The Projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of SunCon Group from the financial year ending 31 December 2016 onwards.

The Projects are subject to normal construction risk of materials price fluctuation. However, with the past experiences and expertise of SCSB in construction projects, this risk could be mitigated.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of SunCon or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the MRT Advance Works.

The In-House Projects are related party transactions by virtue of Evan Cheah Yean Shin being a director and major shareholder of SunCon as well as director of several subsidiaries and major shareholder of Sunway. Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Fook Ling, Puan Sri Datin Seri (Dr) Susan Cheah Seok Cheng, Sarena Cheah Yean Tih, Sungei Way Corporation Sdn Bhd and Active Equity Sdn Bhd are major shareholders of both SunCon and Sunway. Dato’ Chew Chee Kin is a Director of SunCon and Sunway as well as a member of the Board of Management of Sunway. Mr Chung Soo Kiong is a Director of SunCon as well as a member of the Board of Management of Sunway.

SunCon has obtained its shareholders’ mandate for such recurrent related party transactions entered into or to be entered into by SunCon and its subsidiaries with Sunway and its subsidiaries at its last annual general meeting held on 9 June 2016.

Upon the award of the Projects, SunCon's outstanding order book as at to-date, amounts to RM5.0 billion. The new order book replenishment to-date totals to RM2.6 billion which has exceeded management’s target of RM2.5 billion.

今年至今新合约超标.双威建筑财测维持

(吉隆坡27日讯)双威建筑(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑组)获颁3项建筑工程,总值达2亿901万7345令吉20仙。

上述工程包括MMC Gamuda KVMRT公司的捷运二线前期工程(5251万7345令吉)及母公司双威(SUNWAY,5211,主板产业组)发放柔佛新山两项合约,价值各为5650万令吉及一亿令吉。

今年至今,双威建筑攫取26亿令吉新合约,超过25亿令吉目标。

分析

分析员普遍认为,包括新合约,双威建筑的工程订单仍符合预测,因此暂无调高盈利预测的打算。

抱持上述看法的证券行包括马银行研究、MIDF研究、肯纳格研究和丰隆研究。

其中,马银行研究以5%赚幅推算,估计捷运工程和内部工程将分别贡献270万令吉和790万令吉净利。

唯一调整盈利预测的是达证券。该行上修2016财政年新合约预测至26亿令吉,2017和2018财政年盈利预测也调高2.4%和1.6%。

双威建筑周二上扬1仙,收报1令吉62仙。

同季营业额按年滑落15.38%,从4亿5029万5000令吉收窄至3亿8105万4000令吉。

双威建筑指出,上财年取得较高的营业额,是因为双威购物中心第三阶段、双威城与Afiniti Medini综合发展计划及柔佛伊斯干达特区等多个项目带来贡献。

合计9个月,双威建筑净利报9145万5000令吉,上财年同期为9781万9000令吉。

营业额则从14亿4658万3000令吉减少至12亿3569万5000令吉。

48亿订单未完成

展望未来,双威建筑相信,公司强稳的订单加上政府在2017财政预算案提高发展开销,能助公司在来年取得满意表现。

截至9月杪,双威建筑的未完成订单达48亿令吉,其中26亿令吉为新订单。

We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SunCon has on 6 December 2016, acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1/- each, representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Sunway Concrete Products (M) Sdn Bhd (“SCP (M)”) for a total cash consideration of RM2/-.

SCP (M) was incorporated on 25 November 2016 and its authorised and paid-up share capital are RM5,000,000/- and RM2/- respectively. SCP (M) is presently dormant and its intended principal activity is to engage in the business of manufacturing and sale of precast concrete building components.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of SunCon or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid acquisition.

最新进展:

双威建筑(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑股)第3季净利达3113万5000令吉净利,按年起21.36%。

不过,营业额按年滑落15.38%,报3亿8105万令吉。

双威建筑指出,上财年取得较高的营业额,是因为双威购物中心第三阶段、双威城与Afiniti Medini综合发展计划,及柔佛依斯干达特区等多个项目带来贡献。

合计9个月,双威建筑净利报9145万5000令吉,按年跌6.5%;营业额按年萎缩14.6%,录得12亿3570万令吉。  

行家建议:

双威建筑累计9个月的净利表现,分别符合我们和市场的全年预测71%和69%。

随着获得更多新合约建设,加上目前正进行的工程项目,接下来末季的表现料有亮眼表现。

截至9月杪,双威建筑的未完成订单达48亿令吉,其中26亿令吉为新订单,可支撑盈利增长至2018年。

另外,轻快铁三号路线工程合约,可能在年杪或明年初颁发,我们看好双威建筑能获得相关合约,因此认为,双威建筑能够完成今年29亿令吉的新增订单目标。

我们维持2016至2017年的净利预测,保持“超越大市”评级和1.81令吉的目标价。

轻快铁三线合约.双威建筑胜算高

(吉隆坡17日讯)艾芬黄氏研究认为,双威建筑(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑组)有望攫取轻快铁三线合约,加上处于净现金地位,将该公司列为中型股首选股之一。

艾芬黄氏说,该公司除了是轻快铁三线合格竞标商之外,亦有望取得一些商用建筑合约。

该行认为,上述合约将会在今年陆续浮出。

艾芬黄氏表示,双威建筑作为纯建筑股,有望在建筑领域蓬勃发展之际更引人注意。

此外,该公司亦有一些预制组件(precast)业务,该业务以新元计算,在马币弱化走势下,可从中受惠。

艾芬黄氏认为,该公司手握净现金,加上高派息率,按2016财政年3%的周息率而言,估值相当诱人。

综合上述看法,艾芬黄氏以重估净资产价值(RNAV)折价10%后,给予该公司2令吉目标价及“买进”评级。

双威建筑末季看俏 今年20亿营收可期

(吉隆坡10日讯)在现有项目工程接近尾声之际,双威建筑集团(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑股)即將出炉的2016財政年末季(截至12月31日止)业绩料按年趋好;同时,分析员也看好,在手的庞大订单將引领该公司实现2017財政年20亿令吉的营业额目標。

双威建筑集团预计在2月23日公佈2016財政年全年业绩。

艾芬黄氏资本分析员认为,双威建筑集团2016財政年末季盈利料按年趋好,而按季则预计上涨7%,至3320万令吉,相比第3季的3110万令吉。

该分析员给予双威建筑集团的2016財政年全年净利预测为1亿2470万令吉,比市场平均预测1亿2900万令吉低3%。

由於成本增加,预製混泥土业务税前盈利赚幅降低,艾芬黄氏资本分析员把2016財政年的每股盈利预测下修13%,而2017至2018財政年的每股盈利预测也降低4%。

手头订单48亿

展望2017財政年,艾芬黄氏资本分析员正面看待双威建筑集团前景,並认为该公司有望达到其设下的2017財政年20亿令吉营业额目標。

他指出,双威建筑集团在2016年获颁总值26亿6000万令吉的新合约,推高其截至2016年年杪的手持订单,至48亿令吉。同时,吉隆坡市中心项目已获准调高订单数额,也料提高该公司2016財政年末季盈利。

「现有在手的订单,相当於2015財政年营业额的2.7倍,意味著未来的盈利表现稳定。」

分析员也表示,假设20亿令吉的新合约在今年开始做出营业额贡献,双威建筑集团2017財政年营业额估计达21亿令吉。

料获20亿新合约

除了设下营业额目標以外,双威建筑集团也预计于今年获得至少20亿令吉的新合约,当中包括第3捷运工程、吉隆坡市中心交通提升工程和来自于母公司双威(SUNWAY,5211,主板產业股)的建筑合约。

艾芬黄氏资本分析员指出,双威颁发给双威建筑集团的格拉那再也2座公寓建设合约,总值4亿4900万令吉,佔后者全年新合约目標的22%。

「隨著双威计划在2017年推出发展总值20亿令吉的新盘,双威建筑集团料从中获得价值6亿令吉的建筑合约。」同时,该公司也有兴趣竞標2015年预算案中提及的吉隆坡-巴生快捷巴士项目,初始成本为15亿令吉。

至于预製混凝土业务,也有好消息传出,双威建筑集团正竞標新加坡房屋开发局(HDB)旗下的预製混泥土產品供应合约,总值约2亿令吉。

若竞標成功,艾芬黄氏资本分析员认为,这將提高该公司预製混泥土手持订单至2亿4500万令吉,並维持该领域年营业额水平在2亿4000万令吉至2亿5000万令吉。

「整体而言,鑑於双威建筑集团本益比仅为10倍,加上,其每股盈利料按年涨42%,我们认为,该股已浮现吸引力,我们將该公司列为建筑领域首选股。」

(吉隆坡24日讯)双威建筑(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑股)截至12月杪末季,净赚3205万3000令吉,或每股2.48仙,按年扬9.23%

上财年同季为2934万5000令吉,或每股2.27仙。

双威建筑昨天向马交所报备,归功于建筑和预制业务,末季营业额从4亿7027万6000令吉,走高17.62%至5亿5314万9000令吉。

不过,建筑业务全年营业额则下跌,归咎于基础设施和岩土工程减少。

合计全年,净利按年跌2.88%至1亿2350万8000令吉;营业额则录得17亿8884万4000令吉,按年减6.68%。

截至目前,双威建筑共持有48亿令吉的订单,在政府拨出460亿令吉发展开销之际,该公司乐观看待业务前景。

双威建筑(SUNCON,5263,主板建筑股)旗下的双威建筑私人有限公司,获捷运机构(MRT Corp)颁发捷运第二路线(MRT2)合约,总值2亿1230万令吉。

上述合约将在白沙罗达迈(Damansara Damai),及斯里白沙罗(Sri Damansara)西部和东部,兴建高架站和其他相关工程。

行家建议

续获得捷运第一路线(MRT1)工程配套V4和V201、以及MRT2中,Kampung Muhibbah至沙登拉也的提升工程后,这是双威建筑第4次获得捷运机构的合约。

今年迄今,双威建筑获得6亿6100万令吉的新订单;该公司管理层2017财年的目标为20亿令吉。

我们预计,该公司目前的未完成订单企于45亿令吉。

我们对双威建筑获颁合约感到正面,因上述配套的得标者,将获指定为高架桥工程配套V201的分包商。

假设税前盈利赚幅为6%,预计该合约将在整个建筑期限,为净利贡献970万令吉,或每股0.7仙。

基于该公司获颁合约,符合我们2017财年20亿令吉的新增订单预测,因此维持净利预测不变。

雙威建築獲2億捷運工程

(吉隆坡13日訊)雙威建築(SUNCON,5263,主要板建築)獲頒總值2億1230萬令吉“S201”捷運配套工程。

雙威建築向馬證交所報備,旗下雙威建築私人有限公司,今日簽署由捷運公司(MRT Corp)發出並針對“S201”配套的工程意向書(LOA),總值2億1230萬令吉。

在這項配套工程下,雙威建築將參與建設和完成位于白沙羅達邁、斯里白沙羅西、及斯里白沙羅東的高架站和其他相關工程。

根據報備文件,上述工程將在2020年9月底竣工。【中国报财经】

The Board of Directors of SunCon is pleased to announce that Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (“SCSB”), a subsidiary of SunCon, has today, signed the Letter of Acceptance issued by Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd, in respect of the Package S201: Construction and Completion of Elevated Stations and Other Associated Works at Damansara Damai, Sri Damansara West and Sri Damansara East (“Project”), for a total contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Twelve Million and Three Hundred Thousand (RM212,300,000) only.

The Project shall be completed on 30 September 2020. The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of SunCon Group from the financial year ending 31 December 2017 onwards.

As SCSB had been awarded the Package V201: Construction and Completion of Viaduct Guideway and Other Associated Works from Sungai Buloh to Persiaran Dagang on 1 April 2016 which includes the station works, this award will not increase SunCon Group’s order book but will enhance the overall margin and ease work coordination.

The Project is subject to normal construction risk of materials price fluctuation. However, with the past experiences and expertise of SCSB in construction projects, this risk could be mitigated.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of SunCon or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the Project.

This announcement is dated 13 March 2017.
