GRA vacancy to further a Master in Engineering

As mentioned in the topic title. There is a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) vacancy available for those who which to further their MSc (Master in Science) by research. Competitive allowance will be given to the successful candidate (enough to cover your tuition fee and some extra for your monthly pocket money. The successful candidate is expected to enrol as the a FULL-TIME master student in either Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (www.utp.edu.my) or Quest International University Perak (www.qiup.edu.my).

Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) for FRGS Project

Qualification            : B.Sc or B.Eng (preferable in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic   Engineering or Mechanical Engineer) CGPA > 3.0 and above.
Requirement          : MALAYSIAN ONLY with strong interest in research and laboratory work.
Expectation           : The candidates will be expected to pursue MSc at UTP or QIUP.
Job Scope              : To assist the project leader in conducting experiments, analysing & interpreting data, writing reports & scholarly articles as well as in project management.
Availability            : Immediate
Project Title           : Investigate the possibility of frequency tuning on an electromagnetic vibration-based energy harvester by means of electrical damping switching.
Research Area      : Vibration-based Energy Harvesting, Electromagnetic Induction, Vibration Analysis, Wideband Energy Harvester.
Technique Skills   : Matlab (Simulink), LabView, CAD drawing, ANYSYS Structural Modeling, Electromagnetic Modeling ( Fresh graduate will be trained and is encourage to apply ).
Allowance            :  Competitive (Can cover all the tuition fee plus pocket money)
