While no United player has scored in his first three Premier League games, Ian Storey-Moore scored in his first three league games for the club... in 1972.
The striker joined a star-studded team at United containing George Best, Denis Law and Bobby Charlton when he signed from Nottingham Forest for ￡200,000. Despite his good start, Storey-Moore would only go on to score 12 goals for the club before retiring in 1974.

If Martial were to break Micky Quinn's record of scoring in his first six appearances for Coventry in 1992 then ￡36m really will be looking like a bargain.
That's because, even if he scores against Sunderland this weekend, he would then have to net against Arsenal (A), Everton (A), Man City (H) and Crystal Palace (A).
If, somehow, he does achieve it then he could target Ruud van Nistelrooy's record of scoring in 10 consecutive Premier League appearances for United, which was set between March and August 2003.

The world's most expensive teenager turns 20 in December - but he still has time to break Robbie Keane's record for the most goals scored by a teenager in his first 10 Premier League games (six).
He could also aim for Robbie Fowler's record tally of 25 goals in 1994/95 - the Liverpool striker turned 20 during that campaign.
The record for most goals in a season for a teenager is held by Michael Owen, who netted 18 goals in successive seasons early in his career and won the Premier League Golden Boot in 1997/98 and 1998/99.
First United teenager in nearly 10 years to score 10 goals in the Premier League
Martial doesn't have to look too far to see the last goalscoring teenager at Old Trafford: Wayne Rooney.
The England international netted 11 times in his first season with the club as a teenager in 2004/5 and has managed to score at least 10 in every season since.
If he continues on the path he is on, Martial may well have reached double figures by the time his 20th birthday comes round on December 5.
United insist they are not be paying Falcao’s tax-free Monaco salary in full, but the striker is still understood to be earning more than captain Wayne Rooney - who is on ￡230,000-a-week - with the Colombian being paid around ￡265,000-a-week.
