嗨！大家好！我是蘿蔔仔。
這可能是我今年開的第一個帖。
等下看看發表時間，編號什麽的，有四個字，六個字，記得買 Toto。
別説我沒提醒哈！

不知道各位鄉親父老有沒有試過 AirAsia 飛機 cancel, delay 4 天。
上個月父母親原本 28 號中午從 Penang 飛囘家鄉。
在機場 boarding pass 印了，luggage 也 check in 了。
最後一刻卻説煙霧嚴重，能見度低，飛機 cancelled。
在櫃檯排隊等候辦理手續，輪到父母親的時候再説 30 號飛機滿了，需要等到這個月 2 號飛，給了兩支礦泉水。
自動從我買的 15 號位子提升到第一排。

我平時有習慣買 AirAsia Travel Protection，不過從來都是錢倒進大海。
因爲 flight cancellation + delay 4 days，
趁機會給他 claim 一下 Insurance。

以下四樣東西，除了第二，其餘的都交上去了。（Online Submission）
現在等著第二。我從上個星期四等到現在還沒收到老 A 發放的情書。
不知道大家有沒有類似經驗？

1. Flight itinerary with summary of payment (page 1 to page 3).

2. Letter from AirAsia Berhad confirming actual time of departure & reason thereof. You may obtain the letter by request from AirAsia's e-form viahttp://www.airasia.com/my/en/e-form.page

3. Certificate of Insurance

4. Boarding Pass （9 月 28 號 + 10月 2 號）

話説我這些機票是新加坡信用卡刷的，也是用我的 AirAsia account 買的。老弟把提交文件工作交給我，讓我 follow up。

最後我想說，最近如果大家買 AirAsia 機票后發現沒有第二張 travel insurance 電郵，記得馬上上網 http://www.airasia.com/my/en/e-form.page 要求 policy 號碼。

還有如果我不買 AirAsia Travel Protection, 買 AIG 的旅遊保險會不會比較容易 claim?

Dear Mr XXX,

We refer to your claim submission on 02 October 2015.

Claim Type	Flight Cancellation
Reason	HAZE TOO THICK IN SARAWAK. = UNREASONABLE. CAN DELAY BUT CANNOT CANCEL + DELAY FOR 4 DAYS. CAN'T FLY ON 30 SEPTEMBER AS FLIGHT IS FULL. FLIGHT CANCELLED & RESCHEDULED TO 2 OCTOBER 2O15.
Master Policy No	XX-751-14-0000XX

We would highlight under the Section 2(a) – Flight Cancellation of the Tune INSURE, AirAsia Travel Protection Policy – Domestic Plan (Return) specifically states:-

“The Company shall reimburse the Insured Person up to the maximum limit as specified for Flight Cancellation in the Summary of Benefit for any unused and non-refundable portion of the Air Ticketi f at the time of scheduled departure, the Insured Person is prevented from taking the Scheduled Flight during a Flight on the First Scheduled Departure Date due to the occurrence of any one of the following events:-

(a)    Events in connection with  an Insured Person’s immediate Family Member suffering from:-

(i)                  death; or

(ii)                hospitalisation,  which requires the presence of the Insured Person, which is not anticipated at the purchase date of the Air Ticket.”

(b) Events in connection with :-

(i)           hospitalisation of the Insured Person due to Serious Illnesses or serious accidental bodily injury not anticipated at the purchase date of the Air Ticket ;

(ii)Serious damage to the Insured Person’s vehicle within forty eight (48) hours before the First Departure Date

(iii)               Serious damage to the Insured Person’s principal residence due to fire, flood or similar natural disaster such as tornado, earthquake, hurricane etc requiring his/her presence on the premises on the First Departure Date ;

(iv)         The Insured Person being kidnapped, detained, quarantined or subpoenaed to attend a civil proceeding.

By virtue of the above mentioned condition, we regret to inform that your claim in respect of the flight cancellation is not admissible under the policy as the reason for the cancellation was not due to occurrence of any of the above mentioned events.

However, you could seek further clarifications on your compensation directly from AirAsia via the website: http://www.airasia.com/my/en/e-form.page

We attach the policy for your kind attention.

We are closing our file accordingly.

任何一個人買都等於把錢自願捐給這個航空公司。
如果不是 AIG，還有什麽別的保險公司推薦嗎？

如果 flight cancelled + delay 4 天都不能 claim，那麽這個 travel insurance 買來做什麽？
我敢在這邊貼這個就是因爲我有真憑實據。
就連他們的回復也貼上來作證据。
真的，上面有位老兄說的別家到底是誰，我很想知道。
因爲我出門習慣買保險，只是不知道他們只收錢不賠錢。
在梹城 4 天 3 夜的開銷我跟誰要？

剛剛上網查看下，原來買最基本 Classic 配套也有的賠。
我想將來坐飛機還是跟保險公司買比較好。
所需要的文件看起來比較簡單。

我是买axa, 只要给原本时间的机票，航空公司发的email关于delay多久，然后就可以赔了。。。很简单的手续。。。而且他们也很快回复顾客所有的email.

我6月去台湾，因为懒惰，就叫我的保险经纪帮我办旅游保险（AIA），十天，我们一家三口。

期间，孩子在那里看医生。回来后，有道这里的PD去follow up，我也在回来后隔天去诊所看了一次医生（其实主要是要拿MC......）。然后联络我的经纪，把需要的正本副本文件准备好，在地铁站meet了，交文件，签文件，搞定，其他的由她帮我follow up。一个星期后，收到邮寄来的支票。

以前我都是自己上网购买旅游保险，虽然都没有claim过。经过这次经历，以后我应该都会让我经纪帮我负责了。

AA 並沒有給我這個 email.
直接出一張 #5 帖子的 email 給我，然後 close file。
你說這對購買 travel insurance 的客戶公平嗎？
看來對 AA 徹底失望。

我有 AIA & Manulife 的保險。看來將來還是聯絡保險經紀比較好。
自己上網買，萬一要 claim 手續麻煩。
透過保險經紀，我只需要預備文件，其它的讓他們 follow up 比較方便。

好像如果claim给你也只能用那些钱来买airasia机票，不能claim现金。

那四天的 accomodation / expenses 算自己倒楣了。
從此不再買 AA travel protection.

为了公平和论坛言语责任，我觉得有必要回帖说 AirAsia travel protection 其实有赔 RM1050 X 2 pax。
我在 4 feb 2016 收到两封同样的 emails。 起初还疑神疑鬼，抱着有就感谢老天眷顾，没有也算了吧的心态。
老爸 16 Feb 2016 去 Public Bank 查看钱已经进了，很高兴，感觉上有点tiok Toto。
只不过赔钱要等 4 个月。有赔好过没赔，之前的不愉快都是一场误会。
Domestic flight 就放心的买 AA 的保险吧。出国的话，我想自己还是会买别家的。
