On behalf of the Board of Directors of Salutica, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake the establishment of a dividend reinvestment plan which will provide shareholders of Salutica with an option to elect to reinvest in whole or in part, their cash dividend, which includes any interim, final, special or other types of cash dividend in new ordinary shares in Salutica.
