關於HDB住屋

由于最近MOM新条例的关系，凡是住在hdb的wp holder都必需由屋主先申报给hdb，然后公司才能顺利进行申请或更新wp。
问题是自己的弟弟是无租约的形式住在一起（hdb），这该要怎么申报？

请问你们有谁也是无租约的让亲戚住你们家的吗？希望各位大大们可以分享你们的经验，谢谢！

如果你是flat owner的话，应该是把弟弟加入为flat occupier。看看一下的link

加名为flar occipier的条件

Login hdb wedsite, select sub-letting, add occupier..把你弟弟的名字加进去就可以了。。

这个很麻烦的，要很多文件去证明你们的直属关系。。

上面提到的情況是指wp holder。
據我辦理其它人的wp申請時都必須填入住址，不管是公寓還是私人排屋。

公寓的話，目前就算沒有屋主的申報公司都可以填入地址。SP或EP不需要公司update住址在MOM的網站。

除非楼主有出租另一间房，有subletting list,不然怎么加？如果没有任何合同存在的话？

sublet room 不需要hdb approved..login hdb wedsite, select sub-let 1 room, 填一些基本资料，就可以了。。

HDB 的回复如下


Dear xxxxx

Enquiry on Subletting of HDB Flat

          We refer to your enquiry dated 27 Apr 2016.

2        Only flat owners, authorised occupiers and registered subtenants are permitted to stay in the HDB flat. If your relatives or friends are renting your flat/bedroom, you should register them as subtenants at www.hdb.gov.sg/subletting. Should your family members or blood-related relatives be staying with you in your flat, you may consider including them as authorised occupiers of your flat, if they meet the eligibility criteria. You may refer to the attached page of our Info web for more information on the application procedure.

3       Hope the above clarifies. Thank you.
