律师天职就是，找出一些常人想不出的理由，又符合法律程序，也让当事人可以避免法律诉讼。

看看英国富豪，跌倒不小心插入的case, 就可以知道，律师可以把不能转成可能，受害者因为没有律师陪伴下，录下有漏洞的 ...

律师通常不会建议和解
希望事主拖个十年八年

还不起钱才是犯法，还得起钱银行还会跟你讲一声多谢。

她单单一句"这个是bank提供的overdraft facility"就推翻了这个unjust enrichment了
bank确实有提供这种service给客户, 不能说是unjust

bank如果要告她, 唯一的理由就是当年她开acc时的contract写明没有这个facility. 不过告得进的机会不高, 因为当年没有提供不代表日后不能提供.

不然她怎么会上法庭？
她都没有上法庭, 只是被扣留

不是如果，银行的确是这样告她了。还不起钱最多破产，但这是建立在双方互有契约的情况（这个case里，银行可不知情）基本上账户里多出不明来历的现金或类似这种不符合自己身份的透支级别的话，用户都有义务去通知银行。除非可以清还这笔债或证明自己真的以为这笔钱是正当来的就没事。。。这次嘛，她不接银行电话又要逃出澳洲。。就看小刀能不能锯倒银行这棵大树吧。
