Description	Clarification on the article entitled FoundPac mulls spin-off listing of laser stencil business
We refer to the article appearing in The Edge Malaysia, page 28, on Monday, 19 October 2020. The Board of Directors of FoundPac Group Berhad (“FPGROUP”) wishes to state that there is a potential listing of Dynamic Stencil Sdn. Bhd. (“DSSB”), a 75%-owned subsidiary of FPGROUP. However, the Board wishes to clarify that the Initial Public Offering (IPO) plan of DSSB is still in the early stages as FPGROUP is still exploring on the options available and has not set a specific time frame for the IPO plan. Though the IPO plan is likely to be on ACE Market if it is to be listed in Malaysia, FPGROUP is still exploring other available options including listing on other stock exchange which can offer DSSB a better valuation. Description	Clarification on the article entitled FoundPac moves into critical auto parts
We refer to the article appearing in The Star, on Tuesday, 17 November 2020. The Board of Directors of FoundPac Group Berhad (“FPGROUP” or “the Company”) wishes to clarify that FPGROUP is not venture into the Automotive Industry. The proposed automotive critical parts business is merely leverage of FPGROUP’s existing expertise in the design and manufacturing of precision engineering parts produced from aluminium, stainless steel and engineering plastics. This is also in the pipeline of the Company’s efforts in expansion of its end-user customer base by manufacturing products that cater for other end-users such as automotive industry.
