请问马来西亚哪里能开西联户口？就好像银行户口那样？哪间银行能开呢？

这个是汇款吧 POS 和 很多银行都有 但 服务费 很贵

我知道是汇款，但是别人用西联汇款给我时，我要收款，但是不想提钱出来，我看外国可以开西联户口，就不知道马来西亚有没有？
