那是水分和排泄物。肥胖不是一天就可以造成的。基本上燃燒7700卡路里才能瘦1KG。如果跑步半小時可以燃燒300卡路里的話,你需要跑13小時才可以瘦到1KG啊。所以不要自己爽了。 |
