Job Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in structuring and formulating of schemes for corporate proposals.
- Able to perform valuation of businesses and companies.
- Play a key role in implementation of various corporate exercises.
- Independently perform assessment on financial and cash-flow forecasts.
- Preparing applicable documents for corporate proposal and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and parties on various issues and queries arising from submissions.
- Working closely with clients and other professionals to ensure project timeline is adhered to.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other professional advisers.
