i-VCAP新ETF将发5亿单位

（吉隆坡18日讯）i-VCAP管理私人有限公司（简称i-VCAP）旗下的MyETF Dow Jones U.S. Titans 50呈上草拟招股书，寻求挂牌大马交易所主板，最多发出5亿个单位。

根据草拟招股书，初步发售价为每单位1美元（约4.08令吉），最低认购门槛为100个单位。

MyETF Dow Jones U.S. Titans 50是个符合回教教义的交易型指数基金（ETF），主要追踪美国纽约股票交易所和那斯达克指数的50大企业的表现，主要瞄准蓝筹股。

此ETF主要是为想要投资在流动金融市场的投资者所设计，适合寻求中期至长期，或是短期投资的投资者。

另外，想要多元化区域投资的投资者，能参与此基金。

（吉隆坡15日讯）i-VCAP管理私人有限公司（简称i-VCAP），今天推出MyETF Dow Jones U.S. Titans 50（简称MyETF-US50）招股书，将在下月28日上市大马交易所主板，最多发出5亿个单位。

每单位售价1美元

根据招股书，发售价为每单位1美元（约3.95令吉），最低认购门槛为100个单位。招股活动刚从今天起至2月9日下午5时。

MyETF Dow Jones U.S. Titans 50是个符合回教教义的交易型指数基金（ETF），主要追踪美国股市的50大企业蓝筹股表现。

这些符合回教教义的美国蓝筹股，包括苹果、微软、强生、埃克森美孚、雪佛龙、宝洁、家得宝（Home Depot）等。

i-VCAP隶属于ValueCap公司，后者是由国库控股、国民投资机构和退休金基金共同持有。

i-VCAP主席罗斯里阿都拉指出，对本地投资者来说，在这基金之前，买入符合回教交易的美国蓝筹股是遥不可及的。

套利资产值与交易价

“如今，透过MyETF-US50，投资者可更容易地买入美国股市，这也为我国投资市场写下新的篇章。”

他也补充，这项基金寻求在净资产价值和单位交易价格之间进行套利。

此ETF主要是为想要投资在流动金融市场或多元化投资区域的投资者所设计，并且能以短期至长期策略进行投资。

Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd  ("MIH") is pleased to announce that the MyETF Dow Jones U.S. Titans 50 ("the fund") Initial Subscription under which units were offered for subscription has been concluded with the closing of the Initial Subscription Period on February 9,2018.

A total of 367 applications representing 430,700 units were received from the Malaysian Public. The total application units received are within the approved Fund size and therefore no balloting is required.

（吉隆坡28日讯）由i-VCAP Management私人有限公司发行，首个以美元计价符合回教教义的交易型指数基金（ETF）MyETF-US50，今日于大马交易所上市。

开盘价为1.015美元，略高于每单位1美元的发售价。休市时，挂1.005美元，总交易量为11万7700。

MyETF Dow Jones US Titans 50，或简称为MyETF-US50，是该公司的第五个回教ETF，也是第一个以美元计价的符合回教教义证券，在本地股市完全以美元交易。

该ETF追踪包括苹果（Apple Inc）、微软（Microsoft Corp）、Facebook Inc、强生（Johnson & Johnson）和埃克森美孚（Exxon Mobile Corp）等50家美国蓝筹公司。

i-VCAP总执行长Khairi Shahrin Arief Baki在上市仪式后，向记者表示，该公司正在加大营销力度，以提高投资者对ETF的认知和兴趣。

“我们收到来自各方的正面回应，无论是机构还是散户，普通投资者和高净值投资者。但它对许多人来说仍是新事物，尽管已存在10年之久。”

该公司指出，首次认购期限中，仅1184万美元被认购，低于5000万美元的预期，这也是因为在首次公开发行前的一周，美国股市出现回调，令投资者转为谨慎。

i-VCAP主席Tun Haji Rosli Abdullah说：“但我们认为，国内ETF市场的增长趋势将跟随世界其他地区。大马投资于ETF的金额目前约为19亿令吉，每年增长率为4.4%。”

全球ETF总资产去年增加了36%，至4.8兆美元。

Khairi指出：“我们期待未来的智能投资顾问服务（robo-advisory）发展。这是全球ETF大幅增长的原因。因此，如果大马的智能投顾服务可在未来3至5年发展，这也将有助于ETF的交投。”

该公司计划在下半年推出3个ETF，聚焦于中国、东盟和国内市场。

i-VCAP由ValueCAP私人有限公司独资拥有，即由国库控股（Khazanah Nasional Bhd）、公务员退休基金局（KWAP）和国民投资机构（PNB）共同持有。
