Customer Service Officer

• High Salary (RM 2500 - RM3500) *based on experience

Job Description: -

• Provide accurately and professionally solutions to all customer related problems
• Replying to customers’ correspondences and emails (message app, skype…)
• Maintain high level adherence and compliance towards policies, process and procedures
• Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Working hours: 8 hours (Three shifts involved – 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00)
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required
  

Qualifications: -

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Overnight Shift requested
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• Required Skill: computer, Microsoft Office (Excel / Word etc)
• Previous working experience in customer service, or related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
