Responsibilities:
•        Be part of the support team to support on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP solution.
•        Manage customers’ support calls and emails and provide superior help desk performance as measured overall customer satisfaction.
•        Identify issues, recognize risks from customers’ support cases, and effectively communicate with customers with adequate solutions.
•        Work with development team on testing and implementation of code modifications
•        Provide functional consultancy to customers for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
•        Be a strong team player in the highly dynamic and friendly working environment.

Requirements:
•        Diploma/degree in Business, Accounting, Operations or relevant working experiences
•        Preferably with working experience on Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, or any other ERP system.
•        Familiarity with business processes best practices and transaction flows in business
•        Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements.
•        Excellent customer service skills including initial contact through problem resolution
•        Good command of English is essential.
•        Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
