您好！　很简单，就像ｙｅａｒｌｙ的一样的。

Asset description,  purchase date, rate, cost (b/f, addition, disposal, c/f), accum depreciation (b/f, addition (12m), disposal, c/f), NBV (current year/prior year).

以上项目是基本的，您也可以根据老板需求，作出更改。

请问inventory record 我可以每个月use journal Dr COGS CR inventory pass 吗? 我不要 direct expenses the cost  when i purchase the inventory .When i sold the stock , i need to show  the cost in P&L monthly report ..

您好～

嗯，其实 stock movement是不需要 journal 的。

例如：Purchase RM100, use RM80, balance unused (stock) RM20.

Accounting entry:

Dr  Purchase  100
Cr  Cash                 100

Dr BS-stock   20
Cr PL-stock                20

*20 要有stock listing.

在P&L 就会看到 80 的  COGS （100-20）。

如果我是用myob system 的话 when i sold AR invoice  i Dr debtor Cr sales income right , anothe entry for this entry  Dr BS CR P& L 这个我是要key 在哪里？？如果我没有用journal ?

您好～
There is no accounting entry for stocks consumed nor stocks balance, but there shall be a place for you to key in your stocks balance as at month end or year end. Find the tab/column/icon which may indicate wordings such as "maintain stock value" stuff like that and look into it and just key in the stock value as you want.

我还有一个问题就是说如果我要准备简单的cash flow forecast 给我老板看,他需要知道现在有的现金 有多少， 然后可以预算买的货钱 和每个月花费钱 ，Opening balance 我需要用我cash book的 2018year end balance 对吗？如果我有几间bank 的cash book ,需要全部total 上来 对吗？然后需要一个chart 但是我不会弄 没有头绪 ，请教一下 ，谢谢。

不好意思，想问看看 monthly or yearly depreciation 那一种记录比较好呢？
renovation office cost  也是一种depreciation ?

monthly or yearly, there is no better. Depends on your company needs.

是的，Renovation 也是需要折旧的哦！

cash flow forecast 的话，也是视乎公司的要求而定。没有一定的格式。一般不外乎以下的方式：
Cash flow in:-
cash at bank + on hand = RMxxxx

Cash flow out:-
(All fixed and variable costs) = RMxxx

Net cash flow                 RMxxx

请问一下一些inventory的难题如果我买货是用square meter , 卖是用square feet 进inventories 的quantity 是要如何？？
