关于write off Fixed Asset

公司从2015年带下来workshop equipment越来越多，问仓库员工，他们说是因为坏掉才买过新的。

对这方面不太熟悉。想请教各位大大：
1. Workshop Equipment 坏掉该如何做write off？是否需要attached with 什么文件？

2. 不write off Fixed asset的话 对income tax有何影响？

不好意思，我是真的不懂才问的。

1. was it capitalize as asset in the first place?
    if yes, take the necessary approval, prepare disposal form, keep the "moving out" form and whatever your company policy required...
    if no, was it charge out as as expense in the first place? if yes, no action on finance side

2. I recall the asset can claim capital allowance at Tax part...
      if you "write off" in physical, you must do the necessary at accounting book so that you do not over claim the allowance if that particular still applicable...

Dr Loss of disposal FA
Cr Workshop equipment

怀了有照片证明就附上，没有也没关系。

2. 不write off Fixed asset的话 对income tax有何影响？



如果Capital allowance 还没有扣完，会有balancing allowance or charge.

是不是应该 Dr FA written off,  instead of, Dr Loss on disposal FA ?

可以，如果没有sales proceeds 就写write off。

如果确定 equipment 是坏了，不能再修了。或者以不存在了，那就write off 吧！

你的account 也会干净一些。 不然到时auditor inspect asset 时，
发现和asset listing 不符，也会帮你做write off.
